To construct a digital-intelligent traditional Chinese medicine nursing management system based on the concept of syndrome differentiation-based care,and to evaluate its application effects.

A digital-intelligent traditional Chinese medicine nursing management system was developed by integrating the traditional Chinese medicine"three-cause suitability"concept and modern nursing process.Nurses from seven traditional Chinese medicine key specialty wards in our hospital were selected as study subjects from January 2023 to December 2024.A total of 219 on-duty nurses were included before the application of the system,and 229 on-duty nurses were included after the application.The nurses' performance management satisfaction and nursing quality scores were compared before and after the system application.

After the system application,all dimension scores of nurses' performance management satisfaction,all dimension scores and the total scores of nursing quality were significantly higher than those before the application,and all differences were statistically significant(all P<0.001).

The digital-intelligent traditional Chinese medicine nursing management system realizes the standardization,digitalization,and closed-loop management of the whole traditional Chinese medicine nursing process.The system was conductive to improving nurses' nursing management satisfaction and quality.
