It systematically reviewed the evolution of the definition,clinical manifestations, influencing factors, and interventions related to chemotherapy-induced sleep disturbance in colorectal cancer patients.Emphasizing a symptom network perspective,it highlighted the importance of identifying core and associated symptoms to guide more precise and individualized clinical management,thereby improving patients' sleep quality and overall quality of life.
