This article reviewed the concept and theoretical basis of readiness for return-to-work,as well as the status quo,influencing factors,and intervention measures related to the readiness for return-to-work in patients with hand injuries.The aim is to provide foundation for promoting early return-to-work in patients with hand injuries after their injury.
