This paper reviewed the concept,mechanism of action,and application effect of anti-inflammatory diet in patients with knee osteoarthritis.It analyzed the challenges of applying anti-inflammatory diet in patients with knee osteoarthritis and proposed some corresponding suggestions, so as to provide reference for the disease management of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
