By leveraging advanced technologies such as digital technology, biotechnology, and intelligent equipment, they should scientifically configure the industrial structure and promote industrial transformation and upgrading, thereby achieving significant improvements in productivity. This process will form a characteristic of high technology, high quality, and high efficiency, injecting new impetus into rural revitalization. Especially for agricultural talents, as the core of new quality productive forces, their concepts and methods of serving rural revitalization directly relate to the future development of the countryside. Therefore, in the context of new quality productive forces, agricultural talents serving rural revitalization should adhere to the basic concepts of scientific and technological innovation, industrial integration, and talent cultivation, and conduct in-depth exploration in line with the current demands for agricultural modernization and rural governance concepts.
