This paper took Tuole Village in Panzhou City as the research object. Based on the Ecological Economics Theory, through field research, literature analysis and case studies, it had sorted out the transformation system of this village, which was centered on ecological tourism, extended by ecological industries, based on ecological culture, and guaranteed by multiple mechanisms. The research found that Tuole Village had constructed a "ecological protection-industrial development-improvement of people's livelihood" virtuous cycle, with remarkable achievements but still facing challenges such as ecological balance, seasonal dependence, and shortage of human resources and funds. Suggestions such as optimizing business models, expanding value channels, and strengthening guarantees had been proposed.
