Currently, the digital transformation of the entire agricultural industry chain faces common obstacles such as the structural imbalance and functional mismatch of digital infrastructure, the obstruction of the circulation of data elements and the dilemma of value release, the systematic lack of comprehensive digital talents, and the imperfect institutional guarantee and market incentive systems. To this end, it is necessary to form a sustainable development ecosystem by improving multi-party collaborative promotion mechanisms such as infrastructure co-construction and sharing mechanisms, data element circulation and governance mechanisms, talent training and collaborative innovation mechanisms, policy and institutional guarantees, and market incentive mechanisms, so as to break through the bottleneck of digital transformation of the entire agricultural industry chain, truly release the enabling effect of digital technology on the entire agricultural chain, and inject strong impetus into agricultural and rural modernization.
