    CASTIC and APFS are two youth science and technology competitions of great importance in China. ISEF and STS are two important competitions in America. This paper makes a Sino-US comparative study of the screening mechanism. On the basis of the study, some suggestions have been put forward.(1) To simplify the assessment part of our competitions and improve the effectiveness of the overall quality assessment.(2) To refine evaluation criteria, extend assessment dimensions and set the dimensions' weights with the scientific method.(3) To expand the provincial assessor scope of CASTIC and share provincial assessors as soon as possible.(4) To strengthen the provincial assessor training to ensure the orderly and efficient conducting of assessment.

The American TV series The Big Bang Theory was one of that and obtained great social responding by communicating and popularizing the science through entertainment. By the tragedy of the “artificial woman” Pandora, the novel expresses criticism of the theory of science omnipotence in four aspects: firstly, to describe the feelings of the three victims of technology and cross-examine the meaning of life; secondly, to use the theory of Christianity as a critical weapon; thirdly, to repose homesickness in Chinese images; lastly, by symbols, hints, dreams, subconsciousness and environment foils to express a kind of century mood to strengthen the tragedy.

    Museum exhibition is developed by the innovation and application of new technology. It's maybe a wonderful try for the museum exhibition by using information technology. In this paper, it shows wireless information transmission technology was being used to display Nanhui East-wetland scene of Shanghai in SSTM. A brand-new feeling was brought to visitors, on the other hand, it was magnified the time and space of museum. Application of new technology is sparking the exhibition of traditional museum to a new domain.
