    This paper makes a study on Web disseminating of superstition and pseudoscience, through the methods of word frequency analysis, web statistics, case study and so on. On the basis of the study, it shows that the web disseminating has the developing trends of spreading, commercialization and mobile. The main reasons are mainly due to the web disseminating of superstition and pseudoscience has taken the advantage of web, under the umbrella of ‘science’ through information technology. To aim at solving the problems, the following three suggestions have been put forward: (1) To strengthen the education on scientific atheism, especially among adolescents; (2) To organize the anti-superstition and anti-pseudoscience activities, especially to take lead on the fields of web science education promotion; (3) To strengthen the supervision on web, especially strengthen the supervision on e-commerce websites which involved in superstition and pseudoscience.

    Superstition is an irrational behavior with profound psychological causes, which is deeply rooted in the misunderstanding of the uncertain phenomenon and the establishment of a causal link between the incident facts. Although modern science has explained some superstitious behaviors, a certain proportion of the public still have superstitious behavior or believe in pseudoscience. Scientific rationality, which is based on empirical facts and reasoning and denies unreasonable causal link, is an important way to eliminate superstitious behaviors.

    Under the new media environment, how to develop the quality and ability of science and technology professionals becomes the focus of science and technology career research. This paper used text analysis method, expert interview method and inductive analysis method, summarizing the quality of science and technology professionals. By the questionnaire survey scale method and the statistical software SPSS17.0, We got the qualities of science and technology professionals, then constructed the qualities model of science and technology professionals.

    One effect way of operating a museum is to cooperate with other museums or organizations. It can not only help strengthen the co-construction and share resources, but also raise influence and competitiveness. This paper makes a deep analysis on some examples of famous museums' cooperation and summarizes characteristics of different cooperation modes based on collecting, research, exhibition, education and staff training. On the basis of the study, some inspiration has been got. 1. Museums should pay attention to cooperate with other organizations. 2. Museums should take different effects according to different cooperative partners. 3. Museums should be active in cooperation.

    Thanks to the great success of “Stories in the ER”, large-scale documentary shows on medical science, great effects they have on health communications has been widely circulated. This paper endeavors to analyze how the TV reality shows is popularizing medical scientific knowledge in a way that is different from traditional way. It argues that such TVreality show has made great contribution to the popularization of medical science.

    After giving the definition of science popularization industry (SPI), this essay analyses the classification of SPI and defines the scope of statistics and statistical object of SPI. Referring to China's statistical yearbook of culture and related industries in 2014, it establishes a statistical index system frame for SPI by Delphi method and questionnaires. It can embody the development situation of SPI from four sides, which are overall condition, business activity, finance conditions and innovation capacity. Thus it may be a reference to the SPI statistics of government in future. Meanwhile, more work need to be done in this area, such as supplement and perfect the classifications of SPI and statistical index system, and build a catalog for science popularization products.

    On the basis of qualitative research and quantitative research, this article has done a comparative study between China Science Festival and Edinburgh International Science Festival in organizational form, activities, organization and coordination, funding structure, propaganda model and effect evaluation, and it has inferred some problems and shortcomings of domestic science activities through interview and literature review. Based on successful experience of the major international science festivals, this article has proposed some suggestions for domestic science festivals, and provided some reference for the organizing and developing of large domestic science activities.

    Universities and research institutes have become important forces in science popularization work of our country. They play an important social role by carrying out various science popularization activities. Harbin Engineering University, Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Insect Museum, Huazhong Agricultural University and other top universities and research institutes are selected as research subjects. Analyze the current science popularization activities carried out by universities and research institutions from the respects of daily management of science popularization work, common ways of science popularization, science popularization activities, and science popularization personnel. Some problems are found, such as the philosophy and understanding of science popularization of many institutes should be improved; science popularization activities lack of brand and characteristics; the innovations of science resources are insufficient and backward on the quality of science popularization personnel. To solve the above problems, it recommends that it should establish incentive science popularization working mechanism, construct a reasonable science popularization personnel structure, create brand and feature science popularization activities and try to carry science popularization activities with other social organizations.
