Artificial intelligence (AI) technology exerts profound influence on contemporary science fiction creation. It has not only become a significant thematic element in science fiction literature but is increasingly emerging as a creative tool and driving force for the sci-fi industry, pushing the genre toward diversification and greater sophistication. In the AI era, science fiction writing must re-establish its "narrative sovereignty" amidst the tension between global technological competition and cultural diversity. As AI tools become integrated into the creative process, the institutional frameworks governing literary production and consumption require corresponding updates to address challenges concerning copyright, ethics, and authorial subjectivity. Chinese science fiction should anchor itself in indigenous cultural traditions to construct technology-infused narratives that embody Eastern wisdom, thereby contributing a unique cultural perspective to the concept of a shared future for humanity.
