    In order to explore the cause and mechanism of water damage on asphalt pavement, the finite element software ABAQUS was used, combined with the pavement structure combination of Yinzhou Lake Expressway in Guangdong Province, and based on the seepage theory, the finite element models under the three working conditions of conventional water concentration field, actual non-uniform water concentration field and comprehensive consideration of actual non-uniform water concentration field and saturated liquid water were established respectively. The mechanical response of pavement under different working conditions was analyzed. The results show that the actual presence of non-uniform water vapor concentration field increases the cracking risk of the upper layer. With the intervention of liquid water caused by rainfall, the surface layer is in the alternating positive and negative pore water pressure, repeatedly scour the fatigue cracking site, further accelerating the stripping of asphalt and aggregate, and finally leading to water damage related diseases. The upper layer is subjected to the most serious void water pressure. Emphasis should be placed on enhancing the water damage resistance of the upper layer.

    Zhangjiang Science City is the core carrying area of building a global innovation center in Shanghai. In 2022, the Zhangjiang Science City expanded to 220 square kilometers, its spatial resources increase, while also facing higher demands on functional collaboration and industrial clusters linkage. After the expansion, the original town-level industrial parks within and around the Science City have become important carrying space for innovative industrial clusters. Under the overall innovation system of Zhangjiang, the direction and key elements of town-level parks transformation have to be clarified. Based on town-level parks’ development and main bottlenecks in today, transformation response are proposed. With the case study of Pudong Zhoupu Smart Park’s transformation into industrial communities, strategies are proposed from the aspects of space, industry, service, to explore the form of industrial communities that contribute to the cultivation of industrial and talent innovation ecology.

    To support the emergency decision-making of highway emergency rescue area, the technical process of emergency response to secondary disasters in highway emergency rescue area was established from three aspects, including personnel composition, work flow and equipment. According to the workflow, the implementation steps of 12 h rapid identification of disaster damage stage, 24 h rapid assessment of risk stage and 36 h quantitative assessment of risk stage wae established. Taking the highway rescue after the strong earthquake in Luding on September 5 in 2022 as a typical case, the above process was used to evaluate the disaster situation. The results show that the length of road damage points A and B of landslide at a tunnel entrance in Luding Hailuogou is 181.31 m and 115.26 m respectively, and the width is 9.81 m, and the volume is 4.7 × 104 m3 and 2.6 × 104 m3 respectively. In the rescue of 2# landslide, the length error is 7%, the width error is 4%, and the volume error is 10%.

    Industrial upgrading and employment are important for the high-quality development of county economies. The coupled coordination model was used to evaluate the spatio-temporal pattern of the coupled coordination of industrial upgrading and employment in the counties of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2013 to 2019, and to identify the main obstacles to their coordinated development. It is found that the level of industrial upgrading and employment in the county grows significantly, and the degree of coupling coordination continues to increase, but there are significant regional differences, forming a spatial pattern of “core-edge” and “Administrative Regional Economy”. The obstacle factors restricting the coordinated development of the two are different at different spatial and temporal scales, among which industrial efficiency, employment quantity and its constituent factors are the main obstacle factors.

    In recent years, Hubei Province has formed a good situation of increasing the scale of basic research funding, orderly management of basic research funding and increasing ways of basic research funding. However, comparing with the current situation of basic research funding in other provinces and cities in China, it can be found that Hubei Province still has some problems, such as relatively single source of basic research funding, relatively small scale of basic research financial funding, relatively strong administrative color of natural science fund management, and relatively lagging digital construction of basic research funding platform. It needs to create a social environment conducive for Hubei Province to diversified funding of basic research, increase financial support for basic research, improve the management mode of local natural science funds, accelerate the digitization of basic research funding platform, strengthen the construction of regional basic research funding system through various means, and provide regional governance programs for achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance.

    Focusing on Mianyang City’s Fucheng District as its primary research area, GIS techniques alongside related spatial analysis methods were used to examine both distributive traits within local residential spaces while also investigating their principal influential elements. Findings indicate that housing patterns within Fucheng district exhibit distinct clustering tendencies with all spatial autocorrelation indices surpassing anticipated values primarily manifesting three prominent clustering features-HH,LH,and LL.The topography,slope,and accessibility significantly influence housing distributions predominantly concentrated within an elevation band ranging from 450 m to 550 m, a slope gradient between 0°and 10°and located within 500 meters from roads. The approach employed herein offers comprehensive insights given our focus on a prototypical suburban hilly terrain thereby possessing substantial scholarly merit along with practical implications. This quantitative inquiry into relationships between housing distributions within Fugqing district & their influential determinants provides enhanced clarity regarding local residential spaces patterns facilitating deeper comprehension concerning mechanisms governing such distributions. Our methodology may serve as valuable reference for analogous studies conducted across comparable hilly terrains while our findings could potentially inform future land-use planning decisions.

    The Yellow River Basin is an important energy supply base in China. Systematic characterization of the energy security level in the Yellow River Basin is of great significance for ensuring energy supply, improving energy efficiency, promoting green energy consumption, and enhancing economic resilience. An energy security indicator system was constructed from the perspectives of supply security, consumption security, green security and economic security. The entropy method was used to measure the energy security levels of eight provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2021. Based on this, methods such as kernel density estimation, Dagum Gini coefficient and spatial Moran index were used to measure the dynamic evolution, regional differences and spatial correlation of energy security levels in the Yellow River Basin. The results show that during the research period, the overall energy security level in the Yellow River Basin show an upward trend, with Shanxi Province and its middle reaches having the highest overall energy security level. The degree of differentiation in the upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin is significant, with significant differences in the middle and lower reaches between regions. However, the phenomenon of energy security imbalance is gradually weakening. The energy security in the Yellow River Basin shows a spatial positive correlation, with uneven distribution among provinces. The middle reaches mainly exhibit a “high high” clustering state, while the remaining provinces mainly exhibit a “low high” and “low low” clustering state. Finally, suggestions are proposed in terms of leveraging regional advantages, developing clean energy and diversifying energy import channels.

    It is of great significance to discuss the co-evolution of charging infrastructure and new energy vehicles for the high-quality development of the charging infrastructure industry. The new energy vehicle enterprises were included in the charging infrastructure construction and operation system, and the four-party evolutionary game model was constructed to analyze the equilibrium point. The key factors affecting the evolution were discussed through numerical simulation. With the help of empirical analysis, the role of the construction and development of charging facilities in promoting the consumption of new energy vehicles was verified. It is found that operators need to expand their profitability and improve facility utilization. Consumers are more sensitive to NEV prices and charging losses, and NEV companies should be cautious in setting prices and consider building charging facilities by themselves or co-building with others.

    Based on the Big Five personality theory and the technology acceptance model as a theoretical framework, a suitable online reputation system satisfaction scale was designed, and the relationship between personality traits, consumer perception and online reputation system satisfaction was explored. The results show that the higher the neuroticism, the more critical the use of the online reputation system, and the lower the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. People with higher openness, friendliness and a sense of responsibility have better perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use when using online reputation systems. Extraversion has no significant effect on the performance of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use when using online reputation system. Both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive impact on users’ satisfaction with the online reputation system.

    It is a trend to apply L320 and L360 high-strength angle members in ±800kV ultra high voltage(UHV) transmission lines. The current calculation method does not clarify the failure mode of tension member. Due to the quantities of bolts in the connection, each joint needs to be calculated multiple times, which is inconvenient in engineering. The training sets were established through the tests of multi alignment lines plate members and finite element analysis of large-size angles, and a random forest regression(RFR) model was constructed to perform feature analysis on the section reduction factor. The results show that the weight of adjacent alignment line(Δg1) is too high and for the thickness (t) is low in the current calculation method, which may easily cause significant fluctuations in the results while geometric dimensions of models are changed. The calculation method for section reduction factor is simplified through the optimization of RFR model feature analysis, and the results are stable and more consistent with the FEA models. The predictive model has good generalization ability and could be used in angles with 2 alignment lines in one leg.
