To address the problems such as unbalanced input-output and unstable cooperative relations between the government and new farmers, an evolutionary game model of government and new farmer was constructs to study the evolutionary path of strategy selection between the two sides, and the factors affecting the decision-making of both sides by using numerical simulation were analyzed. The results show that the evolutionary stability strategy is influenced by costs, additional benefits, indirect losses and subsidies. The higher the costs, the faster the evolution of behavioral strategies into non-participation to assist in rural revitalization. The increase of additional gains, indirect losses and subsidies contributes to supporting rural revitalization of both sides, when one party participates in rural revitalization while the other party does not, the behavior of the participating one will be invalid.
Cultivating new drivers of the press and publishing industry, implementing the strategy of driving the press and publishing industry projects, and improving the quality and efficiency of enterprises with innovation elements are the logical path for the production and operation, scientific and technological innovation and management practice of listed press and publishing enterprises. Taking some publication listed companies as the research object, the enterprise management performance evaluation index system was built from the perspective of operating efficiency, financial efficiency, cost efficiency, growth ability and risk level. The comprehensive evaluation and analysis of press and publication listed companies’ business performance from 2018 to 2023 was conducted, in order to provide reference for the enterprises to realize depth transformation and upgrading, several intellectualization breakthrough and factor innovation configuration.
Addressing the issue of how breakthrough innovation alliances in emerging industries dynamically evolve, a system generation theory perspective was adopted to analyze the evolution mechanism of these alliances. A longitudinal single-case study of the biopharmaceutical industry was conducted. Based on the case analysis, utilizing a combined inductive and deductive reasoning approach, a two-stage evolutionary game model was further developed to explore the emergence patterns of breakthrough innovation alliances in emerging industries. The research indicates that leading enterprises, affiliated enterprises, external enterprises and academic research institutions constitute the core layer of these alliances. The evolution of the alliances can be divided into two stages including formation and stabilization. During the formation stage, the distribution of benefits positively influences the willingness to cooperate among alliance members. The cooperation willingness of leading enterprises follows a U-shaped trend with the increasing difficulty of knowledge matching, while tax rate changes have a minimal impact. In the stabilization stage, leading enterprises maintain a stable positive willingness to cooperate, affiliated enterprises are prone to “free-riding” behavior, and academic research institutions shift from an initial brief U-shaped fluctuation to a positive willingness to cooperate. Theoretical support and practical insights are provided for fostering breakthrough innovation alliances in emerging industries from an evolutionary perspective.
Climate change is currently a key concern in the field of environmental protection. The introduction and implementation of climate change policies are influenced by various factors. Therefore, based on reviewing the development and changes of climate change policies at home and abroad, the impact of energy factor, industry factor and government attitude on climate change policies were explored, and suggestions are proposed for the formulation of climate change policies.
Under the context of open innovation and cross-boundary integration, the study of the impact mechanism of knowledge search on innovation performance, based on a sample of 114 information technology enterprises listed on the ChiNext from 2015 to 2017, is of paramount importance. The findings reveal that exploratory search has a significant positive impact on corporate innovation performance, while exploitative search has a significant negative impact. Furthermore, absorptive capacity fully mediates the relationship between exploratory search and innovation performance, and partially mediates the relationship between exploitative search and innovation performance. These findings suggest that information technology enterprises should strengthen exploratory search and enhance absorptive capacity to optimize their innovation performance.
With the rapid development of the digital economy, optimizing the digital business environment has become a key approach for countries to enhance their economic competitiveness. The roles and interaction mechanisms between the government, enterprises, and financial institutions in this process still require in-depth exploration. Based on the context of digital transformation, the triparte evolutionary game between the government, enterprises and financial institutions in the optimization of the digital business environment was investigated. Through literature analysis, the interactions and strategy choices of each actor in the digitalization process were examined, and a triparte evolutionary game model was constructed. The dynamic evolutionary paths of the actors under different strategy combinations were simulated using replicator dynamic equations, and the model’s validity was verified through numerical simulations using Matlab. The results indicate that government policy support, enterprise digital transformation and financial institutions’ financing services are closely linked in the process of optimizing the business environment. The synergy between the three can effectively enhance the overall level of the digital business environment. Theoretical foundations and practical references are provided for promoting the development of the digital economy and optimizing the business environment.
It is of great significance to study the overall status and development direction of China’s coal mine intelligent technology for enterprise technology research and development and policy formulation. Taking the patent of intelligent technology in coal mine as the research object, the LDA theme model was used to carry out research and predict the development trend from the aspects of patent measurement and technical theme. The main results show that the intelligent technology of coal mines in China is in the development stage. Patents are divided into 10 technical topics, among which “intelligent mining face” has the largest number of patent applications and continues to increase, which is a hot spot for R&D. “Disaster prevention and control” “intelligent transportation dispatching system” “intelligent video surveillance system” “intelligent centralized control system” “intelligent algorithm”patent applications are relatively large, “geological monitoring” “gas and coal dust monitoring”are growing rapidly, and the development prospects of the above technologies are good. The number of applications for “information infrastructure” is small and has not changed significantly, and the number of applications for “mining special robots” is low, and the R&D and application capabilities need to be improved urgently.
Green finance can provide financial support and guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. A panel fixed-effect model was constructed based on the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2022, with the objective of analyzing the impact of green finance on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The empirical results demonstrate that green finance plays a pivotal role in facilitating the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Green technology innovation serves as a partial intermediary between green finance and manufacturing transformation, indirectly promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Additionally, the impact of green finance on manufacturing transformation exhibits regional heterogeneity.
The traditional agricultural product supply chain traceability system suffers from issues such as the lack of coordination between on-chain and off-chain data, the mismatch of consensus mechanisms and the poor security of traceability data. These problems fail to meet the overall traceability requirements of the agricultural product supply chain and pose higher demands on traceability schemes and technologies. Therefore, based on the current research on blockchain in agricultural supply chain traceability, it aims to establish an agricultural supply chain traceability system with the physical layer, core layer, data layer, and application layer as the overall framework by leveraging blockchain technology and integrating the hierarchy and operation process of the agricultural supply chain. It focuses on enhancing the overall efficiency of blockchain traceability, constructing the blockchain security guarantee system, and improving the blockchain privacy protection technology. Through the above research, the technical innovation direction is offered for China’s agricultural product supply chain traceability, the continuous maturation of blockchain technology and its application are promoted, and innovative thoughts are provided for improving the coordinated development level of China’s agricultural product supply chain, the efficiency of agricultural product quality and safety management, and the quality of agricultural product supply chain traceability.
Taking the nine library and reading space projects in the fourth batch of national public cultural service system demonstration projects as examples, grounded theory was used to code and analyze 42 case materials of the nine projects, and a mechanism model was constructed for the innovative development of libraries and reading spaces. It id found that the innovative development path of libraries and reading spaces includes aspects such as demand management, facility services, personnel services, resource activities and management operations. Among them, demand management innovation is the logical starting point, which plays a guiding role in optimizing service supply, while management and operation innovation provides comprehensive guarantees for service supply innovation. On this basis, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the innovative development of libraries and reading spaces from the aspects of demand inquiry and response, precise service supply, and management and operation guarantee.
