    Based on the resource-based view and dynamic capability theory, using large sample survey data from high-tech manufacturing enterprises, the mechanism and boundary conditions of the impact of digital orientation on new product development(NPD) performance was empirically analyzed. The results show that digital orientation has a positive impact on NPD performance.Organizational agility partially mediates the relationship between digital orientation and NPD performance.Top management team heterogeneity not only enhances the positive impact of digital orientation on organizational agility, but also strengthens the mediating path of organizational agility between digital orientation and NPD performance, that is, top management team heterogeneity plays a moderated mediating role. The research conclusion can provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to effectively improve NPD performance under the drive of digitalization.

    Data factor allocation is an important driving force of enterprise digital technology innovation, and is gradually regarded as the core production factor of new quality productivity because of its significant multiplier effect and innovation engine. Taking enterprise data factor allocation as the starting point, listed manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2022 were selected as samples to empirically study the relationship between data factor allocation and enterprise new quality productivity, and the intermediary mechanism effect was studied from the two dimensions of digital technology innovation quantity and quality. It is found that data factor allocation of manufacturing enterprises can effectively promote the improvement of new quality productivity of enterprises, especially for state-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises and the eastern region. The mechanism effect test shows that data element allocation can improve the new quality productivity of enterprises through the “incremental quality improvement” effect of digital technology innovation. In order to promote the formation of new quality productivity, it is suggested that manufacturing enterprises actively integrate the “data factor x” action, improve the level of data factor allocation, promote the synergy between data and technology factors, and promote the double improvement of the quantity and quality of digital technology output.

    In recent years, the rapid development of digital new quality productivity has given rise to the smart transportation industry chain. Taking the resilience of the smart transportation industry chain as the research object, its resilience connotation and influencing factors were defined. The OSM(objective-strategy-measurement) model was employed to construct a diagnostic index system for industry chain resilience from three dimensions: resistance, transformation, and recovery capabilities. “G1+CRITIC”(order relation+CRITeria importance through intercriteria correlation) information entropy diagnostic model was proposed for diagnosing industry chain resilience. Data from 2015 to 2024 of Jiangsu Province was selected for empirical analysis. The results indicate that the level of resilience in the smart transportation industry chain mainly depends on the recovery capability of the industry chain. The diagnostic model can effectively evaluate the resilience level of the industry chain and identify weaknesses. Based on the diagnostic results, precise measures to solidify and strengthen the industry chain can be proposed.

    Tourist comments about Xinghua Village and Town on mainstream tourism websites were collected through the internet, and ROST Content Mining software was used to analyze the word frequency, semantic network and emotion of tourist comment texts. It is concluded that tourists are relatively satisfied with the tourism environment and distinctive culture of the entire scenic area, but there are also dissatisfaction evaluations on management, service facilities and service quality. Therefore, Xinghua Village and Town should strengthen service management level, improve infrastructure construction, innovate liquor cultural products, increase publicity efforts, and improve the overall image of the characteristic town, so as to further enhance the tourist experience, attract more tourists, and create another well-known brand in Shanxi.

    The recent wave of scientific and technological advancements, has resulted in the emergence of sophisticated digital products and premium digital service components. Furthermore, the enhancement of the quality of export products serves as a significant indicator of the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade. Utilizing data from A-share listed companies and corresponding data from the customs database spanning the years 2005 to 2015, the implications of the liberalization of digital service trade was examined. The findings suggest that the digital service trade substantially contributes to the improvement of export product quality among manufacturing firms. Furthermore, the influence of digital service trade liberalization on the quality of export products varies across different dimensions. The impact of export product quality enhancement is more pronounced in foreign-funded enterprises, capital-intensive industries, and particularly in the central and western regions of the country. Furthermore, larger enterprises located in these regions exhibit a more significant effect on product quality improvement. The mechanisms through which the openness of digital services trade influences the export product quality of manufacturing firms include enterprise productivity and the servicization of manufacturing processes.

    Taking panel data from 39 listed commercial banks in China from 2013 to 2022, and empirical methods were used to study the impact and mechanism of digital finance development on the operational performance of commercial banks. The research results indicate that digital finance can significantly promote the improvement of operational performance of listed commercial banks. Digital finance has had a significant negative impact on the operational performance of commercial banks in the central and western regions. The impact of digital finance on the operational performance of state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks and local commercial banks varies. The level of risk-taking plays a fully mediating role in the impact of digital finance on the operational performance of commercial banks.

    With the development of information technology, data has become a valuable asset. Conducting a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the value of data assets has become a current research hotspot. Taking Internet enterprises as the research object, after comparing data asset evaluation methods, the multi-period excess earnings model was selected to evaluate the value of data assets of Internet enterprises. Due to the deficiencies of the traditional model such as unclear contribution amount and difficult determination of the income period, ANP (analytic network process) was introduced for secondary differential division to effectively subdivide the income contribution amount of data assets. The Pearl curve was used to determine the income period. An improved multi-period excess earnings method-based data asset value evaluation model for Internet enterprises is proposed. The research results show that the improved model can effectively solve the problem of inaccurate evaluation and provide methodological support for the asset value evaluation of Internet enterprises.

    Employees in science and technology enterprises was taken as the survey object, and dual work passion was taken as the intermediary variable to further explore the impact mechanism of career call on turnover intention. Based on the correlation analysis and regression analysis of 404 employee sample data collected by high-tech enterprises, the empirical study shows that career calling has a significant positive impact on work passion, but no significant impact on turnover intention. Forced work passion has a significant positive impact on turnover intention, while harmonious work passion has a significant negative impact on turnover intention. Work passion plays a completely intermediary role in career calling and turnover intention. Based on the research conclusions, it can be concluded that improving the occupational calling level of employees in science and technology enterprises can enhance the work passion of employees, reduce the turnover tendency and improve work efficiency.

    With the rapid development of information technology, cultural digitization has become an important means of cultural protection and inheritance. Based on “CNKI Database” and “WoS database” from 2014 to 2023, CiteSpace software was used to carry out cultural digital visualization analysis. The results show that in the past decade, the number of publications on cultural digitalization research has shown an overall increasing trend. Digitalization, cultural heritage, protection, inheritance, cultural industry and three-dimensional scanning are high-frequency co-occurrence keywords in cultural digitalization research. Digital technology and cultural digitalization, cultural heritage digitalization, cultural participation and accessibility of special groups are hot topics in foreign research. Cultural undertakings, industrial development and cultural self-confidence are hot topics in domestic research. In the future, more attention should be paid to technological integration and innovation, addressing the challenges of copyright and intellectual property rights, interdisciplinary cooperation and cultural sustainable development, and enriching the content of cultural digitization research.

    Based on the bibliometric software CiteSpace, the knowledge graph visualization analysis of 1 537 articles on supply chain network optimization sourced from the core library of the Web of Science (WoS) database from 2001 to 2023 was conducted to explore the research overview, hot spots and trends. It is found that there are many researchers and institutions in this field, and Chinese scholars have made significant contributions. The hot topics in this field are robust optimization, facility location, sustainability, etc. The future trend is multi-objective optimization, construction of sustainable supply chains and combine new technologies such as 5G networks, block chain, and a.jpgicial intelligence to help supply chain network optimization.
