    Based on the resource-based view and dynamic capability theory, using large sample survey data from high-tech manufacturing enterprises, the mechanism and boundary conditions of the impact of digital orientation on new product development(NPD) performance was empirically analyzed. The results show that digital orientation has a positive impact on NPD performance.Organizational agility partially mediates the relationship between digital orientation and NPD performance.Top management team heterogeneity not only enhances the positive impact of digital orientation on organizational agility, but also strengthens the mediating path of organizational agility between digital orientation and NPD performance, that is, top management team heterogeneity plays a moderated mediating role. The research conclusion can provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to effectively improve NPD performance under the drive of digitalization.

    Data factor allocation is an important driving force of enterprise digital technology innovation, and is gradually regarded as the core production factor of new quality productivity because of its significant multiplier effect and innovation engine. Taking enterprise data factor allocation as the starting point, listed manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2022 were selected as samples to empirically study the relationship between data factor allocation and enterprise new quality productivity, and the intermediary mechanism effect was studied from the two dimensions of digital technology innovation quantity and quality. It is found that data factor allocation of manufacturing enterprises can effectively promote the improvement of new quality productivity of enterprises, especially for state-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises and the eastern region. The mechanism effect test shows that data element allocation can improve the new quality productivity of enterprises through the “incremental quality improvement” effect of digital technology innovation. In order to promote the formation of new quality productivity, it is suggested that manufacturing enterprises actively integrate the “data factor x” action, improve the level of data factor allocation, promote the synergy between data and technology factors, and promote the double improvement of the quantity and quality of digital technology output.

    With the development of information technology, data has become a valuable asset. Conducting a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the value of data assets has become a current research hotspot. Taking Internet enterprises as the research object, after comparing data asset evaluation methods, the multi-period excess earnings model was selected to evaluate the value of data assets of Internet enterprises. Due to the deficiencies of the traditional model such as unclear contribution amount and difficult determination of the income period, ANP (analytic network process) was introduced for secondary differential division to effectively subdivide the income contribution amount of data assets. The Pearl curve was used to determine the income period. An improved multi-period excess earnings method-based data asset value evaluation model for Internet enterprises is proposed. The research results show that the improved model can effectively solve the problem of inaccurate evaluation and provide methodological support for the asset value evaluation of Internet enterprises.

    Digitalization and greening are the two major trends of the new round of scie.jpgic and technological revolution and industrial change, and they are also two epochal characteristics of the new quality productivity. Based on the panel data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2022, how digital transformation of enterprises empowers green innovation was studied. It is found that there is a significant promotion effect of digital transformation of enterprises on green innovation, which is more obvious for state-owned enterprises, low-financing enterprises, high-technology enterprises, non-resource city enterprises, enterprises in heavy pollution industry, and large-scale enterprises. The results of the mechanism of action suggest that digital technology can improve green innovation capacity by enhancing the transparency of corporate information and increasing R&D investment.

    Disruptive technology is strategic technology that could overturn mainstream technology and reshape competitive landscape, characterized by complex evolution process and typical “non-consensus” attributes. Traditional research project evaluation methods, which rely on “one-time evaluation determines the lifetime outcome”, are unsuitable for disruptive technology projects. Instead, an evaluation-cultivation integrated approach should be adopted for their identification. Thus, the connotation of disruptive technology was analyzed, the typical practices and experiences of foreign institutions were drawn on, and three basic principles: “Logical Consensus, Inclusive Standards”, “Recognizing Strengths and Offseting Weaknesses, Sifting out the gold from the sand”, and “Tiered Planning, Dynamic Optimization” were proposed. It explores the construction of an evaluation-cultivation integrated mechanism aligned with the evolutionary traits of disruptive technologies, centered on “high-consensus logical reasoning”. The results provide methodological reference for accurately identifying disruptive technology.

    The impact of enterprise digital transformation on total factor productivity and its mechanism were empirically tested based on the sample of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2011 to 2022.It is found that the digital transformation of enterprises can transform data into production factors, optimize production processes, improve the efficiency of resource allocation, and improve total factor productivity.The mechanism analysis shows that digital transformation can enhance innovation efficiency, promote enterprises to accelerate process change and business model innovation, and further improve total factor productivity. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promotion effect of enterprise digital transformation on total factor productivity varies with the nature of property rights, the nature of high-tech enterprises and the degree of regional marketization. It is suggested that the government should strengthen investment in digital infrastructure and improve innovation policies, and enterprises should actively embrace digital transformation, strengthen data governance and improve the efficiency of resource allocation.

    A favorable business environment can effectively improve the level of digital economic development in provinces. It is of great research significance to optimize the business environment in order to promote the digital economy. Using the research method of fsQCA(fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis), the path of as sit in the development of digital economy in the business environment was analyzed from the perspective of configuration. It is found that a single business environment element does not constitute a necessary condition for promoting the development of the digital economy. The market environment, government environment, and the legal and policy environment plays a pivotal and essential role in fostering the advancement and growth of the digital economy. The construction of the market environment is significantly lagging behind due to its regional characteristics. In order to create a healthy market environment, it is necessary to create a relaxed market atmosphere.

    Digital transformation is an important way to enhance enterprise resilience. Taking Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies as the research object, the data from 2011 to 2021 were selected, and the research findings were found by empirical test. Enterprises’ digital transformation can significantly improve enterprise resilience, and this conclusion is still valid after a variety of robustness and endogenous tests. Among them, innovation efficiency and innovation quality play a part of intermediary role in the impact. In order to better enhance the resilience of enterprises and enable enterprises to achieve sustainable development, enterprises should further strengthen digital construction and attach importance to the improvement of innovation ability.

    With the rapid development of information technology, cultural digitization has become an important means of cultural protection and inheritance. Based on “CNKI Database” and “WoS database” from 2014 to 2023, CiteSpace software was used to carry out cultural digital visualization analysis. The results show that in the past decade, the number of publications on cultural digitalization research has shown an overall increasing trend. Digitalization, cultural heritage, protection, inheritance, cultural industry and three-dimensional scanning are high-frequency co-occurrence keywords in cultural digitalization research. Digital technology and cultural digitalization, cultural heritage digitalization, cultural participation and accessibility of special groups are hot topics in foreign research. Cultural undertakings, industrial development and cultural self-confidence are hot topics in domestic research. In the future, more attention should be paid to technological integration and innovation, addressing the challenges of copyright and intellectual property rights, interdisciplinary cooperation and cultural sustainable development, and enriching the content of cultural digitization research.

    Through in-depth analysis of the three dimensions of input, output and development environment, the evaluation index system of integrated development of culture and tourism in the five provinces in northwest China was constructed, and the level of integrated development of culture and tourism in the five provinces from 2011 to 2021 was measured. The weight of each index was used to determine the combination assignment. The results show that the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industry in the five northwestern provinces is less synchronised and mostly dominated by cultural lag. In addition, there is no equivalence between the integrated development of culture and tourism industry and regional economic level and resource abundance, and the overall development level is not high. On the whole, most of the integrated development level of culture and tourism in northwest China is unbalanced, the allocation of factor resources still needs to be adjusted, and the industrial structure needs to be transformed. Therefore, in order to promote the prosperous development of cultural undertakings and tourism in northwest China, it is necessary to taken more effective measures to improve the integrated development level of culture and tourism.
