Parkinson's disease (PD) is a chronic neurodegenerative disease closely associated with multiple factors such as age, genetics and environment, characterized by progressive motor function impairment and a wide range of non-motor symptoms. This disease has a long course and diverse clinical symptoms, and the existing treatment regimens in modern medicine have many side effects and certain limitations. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has unique advantages in treating this disease and can serve as a powerful supplement and alternative for PD treatment. The etiology and pathogenesis of PD are complex. Professor Wang Shun innovatively applies the method of "Regulating spirit and easing the mind" to regulate the heart, brain and five viscera, relax tendons and stop tremors, and has achieved satisfactory curative effects, which provides a new idea for the treatment of this disease.
