Objective To analyze the effect of Buyi Jianpi Recipe（补益健脾方）on hormone，plasma fibrinogen and prognosis of postpartum lochia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
Methods Ninety-six cases of postpartum lochia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the study group and the control group，with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hemostasis，anti-infection and uterine contraction，while the study group was treated with Buyi Jianpi Recipe for 2 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores，serum hormones，plasma fibrinogen and uterine artery hemodynamics were compared between the two groups before and after treatment，and the therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were evaluated.
Results After treatment，the scores of postpartum lochia，tongue picture，pulse and abdominal pain in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment.After treatment，the scores of postpartum lochia，tongue picture，pulse and abdominal pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group with statistical significance（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels of progesterone（P）andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG）decreased and the level of estrogen（E2）increased in both groups.After treatment，the levels of P andβ-hCG in the study group were lower than those in the control group，and the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group with statistical significance（P<0.05）.The levels of fibrinogen（FIB）and D-dimer（D-D）in both groups decreased after treatment.The levels of FIB and D-D in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment，the values of resistance index（RI）and pulse index（PI）in both groups decreased，and the values of end diastolic blood flow velocity（EDV）and peak systolic velocity（PSV）increased.After treatment，the values of RI and PI of the study group were lower than those of the control group，and the values of EDV and PSV of the study group were higher than those of the control group with statistical significance（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was93.75%（45/48），which was higher than that of the control group（79.17%，38/48），and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.
Conclusion For the treatment of postpartum lochia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis，Buyi Jianpi Recipe can not only improve the hormone level，coagulation and fibrinolysis function，and uterine artery hemodynamics，but also alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the prognosis on the premise of ensuring safety.

目的 分析补益健脾方对气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝患者激素、血浆纤维蛋白原及预后的影响。
方法 96例气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝患者，以简单随机法分别纳入研究组、对照组，每组48例。两组均接受止血、抗感染、促宫缩治疗，研究组加用补益健脾方，持续2周。对比两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清激素、血浆纤维蛋白原、子宫动脉血流动力学指标变化，并评估两组治疗效果及安全性。
结果 两组治疗后产后恶露、舌象、脉象、小腹疼痛积分均较治疗前下降；研究组治疗后产后恶露、舌象、脉象、小腹疼痛积分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后血清孕激素（Progesterone，P）、β-绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-human chorionic gonadotropin，β-hCG）均较治疗前下降，雌激素（Estrogen，E2）均较治疗前升高；研究组治疗后P、β-hCG均低于对照组，其E2高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后纤维蛋白原（Fibrinogen，FIB）及D-二聚体（D-dimer，D-D）均较治疗前下降；研究组治疗后FIB、D-D均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后阻力指数（Resistance index，RI）、搏动指数（Pulse index，PI）均较治疗前下降，舒张末期血流速度（End diastolic blood flow velocity，EDV）、收缩期峰值血流速度（Peak systolic velocity，PSV）均较治疗前升高；研究组治疗后RI、PI均低于对照组，其EDV、PSV均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组治疗后总有效率为93.75%（45/48），较对照组的79.17%（38/48）更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应发生。
结论 针对气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝的治疗，补益健脾方不仅有助于患者激素水平、凝血纤溶功能、子宫动脉血流动力学的改善，也能够在保证安全性的前提下减轻患者临床症状、提高预后。
