Objective To investigate the effect of Wuzi Xiezhuo Decoction（五子泄浊汤）combined with acupuncture on glucose and lipid metabolism and ovulation rate in obese polycystic ovary syndrome.
Methods Eighty cases of obese polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and a study group，with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given Diane-35 and Metformin orally，and the study group was given Wuzi Xiezhuo Decoction combined with acupuncture at abdominal acupoints. The changes of glucose metabolism index，lipid metabolism index，sex hormone level and ovulation were observed before and after treatment.
Results The levels of fasting blood sugar（FBG），fasting insulin（FINS）and homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance（HOMA-IR）before treatment in the study group and the control group were not significant（P>0.05）. The above indexes decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment，and the decline level in the study group was greater than that in the control group（P<0.05）. The levels of total serum cholesterol（TC），triacylglycerol（TG），high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）in the two groups before treatment were compared（P>0.05）. The levels of TC，TG and LDL-C after treatment were lower than those before treatment，and the decline level in the study group was greater than that in the control group. The level of HDL-Cincreased compared to that before treatment，and the level of increase in the study group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Before treatment，the levels of follicle stimulating hormone（FSH），luteinizing hormone（LH），progesterone（P）and LH/FSH in the two groups were not significant（P>0.05）. After treatment，the levels of LH，P and LH/FSH decreased compared with those before treatment，and the decrease level in the study group was greater than that in the control group. After treatment，the FSH increased compared with that before treatment，and the increase level in the study group was greater than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Compared with that of the control group before treatment，the ovulation rate of the study group increased after treatment（P>0.05），and the level of increase in the study group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.
Conclusion The treatment of obesity polycystic ovary syndrome with Wuzi Xiezhuo Decoction combined with acupuncture is helpful to improve the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism，further regulate the levels of sex hormones and increase the ovulation rate.

目的 探讨五子泄浊汤联合针刺治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征糖脂代谢及排卵率的影响。
方法 选取肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者80例，随机分为对照组与研究组，每组40例，对照组给与达英-35及二甲双胍口服治疗，研究组给与五子泄浊汤联合针刺腹部穴位治疗，观察治疗前后糖代谢指标、脂代谢指标、性激素水平、排卵情况上的变化。
结果 研究组与对照组治疗前空腹血糖（fasting blood glucose，FBG）、空腹胰岛素（fasting insulin，FINS）及胰岛素抵抗指数（homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance，HOMA-IR）水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），以上指标治疗后较治疗前均下降，且研究组下降水平大于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗前血清总胆固醇（total serum cholesterol，TC）、甘油三酯（triacylglycerol，TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（high density lipoprotein cholesterol，HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（low density lipoprotein cholesterol，LDL-C）水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），TC、TG、LDL-C治疗后较治疗前均下降，且研究组下降水平大于对照组，HDL-C治疗后较治疗前升高，且研究组升高水平大于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前促卵泡生成素（follicle stimulating hormone，FSH）、黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone，LH）、孕酮（progesterone，P）、LH/FSH水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），LH、P、LH/FSH治疗后较治疗前均下降，且研究组下降水平大于对照组，FSH治疗后较治疗前升高，且研究组升高水平大于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组与对照组治疗前排卵率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后排卵率较治疗前均升高，且研究组升高水平大于对照组（P<0.05）。
结论 五子泄浊汤联合针刺治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征有助于改善紊乱的糖脂代谢，而且可进一步调节性激素水平，提高排卵率。
