Outline
By studying the setting of negotiation institutions and procedures of innovative drug medical insurance in New Zealand, this article compares different situations between China and New Zealand, and proposes the enlightenment to China in optimizing negotiation institutions and procedures of medical insurance combining with China's current national conditions, in order to further improve China's negotiation access mechanism of innovative drug medical insurance.
