In the industrial production of dairy products, incomplete equipment cleaning can lead to microbial contamination and affect product quality. To further optimize the traditional Cleaning in Place (CIP) cleaning parameters, this study focused on the milk collection line and optimized the sequence of alkaline circulation cleaning. The alkaline circulation time was shortened from 900 seconds to 600 seconds, and the pulse frequency was reduced.
Residual water samples were collected at multiple time points after cleaning, and the hygiene of 5 key sampling points was verified using the ATP rapid detection method. Data analysis was conducted using the two-sample T test.
All ATP detection values after optimization were below the standard limit (100 RLU) .
While ensuring the cleaning effect, it is possible to effectively reduce cleaning time and resource consumption, providing a reference basis for the energy-saving optimization and risk assessment of the CIP cleaning process in dairy product enterprises.
