[Objective]

Explore a fluorescence detection method that can accurately and quickly detect alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in pasteurized milk.

[Method]

The comparative experiment was conducted to verify the ALP rapid detection kits from manufacturer A and B.

[Result]

Using the detection kit from manufacturer B to test for alkaline phosphatase in pasteurized milk could complete the detection accurately and quickly.

[Conclusion]

The detection kit from manufacturer B met the requirements in terms of precision, stability, and ease of operation, and could be used as a method for detecting alkaline phosphatase in pasteurized milk.
