This research focused on the intelligent temperature control solutions for the cold chain transportation of dairy products. It systematically analyzed the perishable characteristics of dairy products and the limitations of traditional temperature control methods, expounded on the applications of key technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and intelligent algorithms in temperature control, introduced the system architecture and practical cases, and explored their economic, social, and environmental benefits. At the same time, the gap between China and developed countries as well as the challenges they face were discussed, aiming to provide references for improving the intelligence level of the industry and promoting the high-quality development of cold chain transportation of dairy products.
