Outline
Based on the analysis of the production status of steelmaking in Baotou Steel and the characteristics of ERP system, the corresponding design of steelmaking operation management system of Baotou Steel is made. According to the process of steelmaking, the system modules are divided from the flow backward station, desulfurization, converter, refining, casting machine and material number maintenance; according to the relationship between the data source and data dropping, the relationship between steelmaking operation management system and other ERP subsystems is designed to ensure the accuracy of data source and data dropping.
