Outline
In the paper, the solution to the contradiction between prominent problems of traditional personnel management in Baotou Steel, such as inconsistent information, the complicated business processes, the low work efficiency, and the growing situation of enterprises is made. Use the current mainstream Java language and MVC design pattern for design. Personnel management is a part of ERP human resource management, and ultimately will achieve the isolation of information from all previous secondary units and asymmetric personnel information are transformed into unified information, staff information updated in time. It is organized by the Organization Department of personnel management, realizing the first level management of the company.
