In the paper, it is introduced the use scheme of self-produced saturated steam from 210 t converter in Sheet Plant of Baotou Steel and the steam is used for RH vacuum pumping, EC spray gun of dry dedusting, deaerator water tank heating and damp down of opening for oxygen core lance and so on, and the corresponding measures are adopted to reduce the steam release rate of converter, reduce the waste of energy and the consumption of external superheated steam, realize the gradient utilization of energy and save energy and reduce consumption, achieving obvious economic benefits.
