In this paper, the current situation of existing management and control for labor cost of Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd. is analyzed and elaborated, the corresponding suggestions on reforming the existing employment and distribution systems are put forward as well as the systematic measures to reduce labor costs are summarized, which provide practical suggestions and ideas for enterprises to successfully complete the "four decreases and two increases" project and achieve high-quality development.
