In this paper, it aims at optimizing the different tension control methods for rough rolling, pre-finishing and finish rolling unit of high-speed wire rod mill, ensures that there is no pile-up accident due to the change of outside rolling conditions, reduces the defects of head and tail rolling edge as much as possible, in addition to improve the size accuracy grade of products.
