Objective To evaluate the effect of a comprehensive intervention program for individuals at high risk of cardiovascular disease in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases in this region.
Methods Data from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Cardiovascular Disease High-Risk Population Early Screening and Comprehensive Intervention Project (2015—2024) were used to identify 3 354 high-risk individuals. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, these participants received comprehensive interventions over a 10-year period. Changes in lipid profiles, blood glucose, and blood pressure levels before and after the intervention were analyzed to assess the effectiveness of the program.
Results After 10 years of comprehensive intervention, total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels decreased (t=23.477, t=18.013), while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglyceride (TG) levels increased (t=-4.096, t=-9.154). Fasting blood glucose levels also increased (t=-14.725). Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) decreased from 160.16±22.76 mmHg and 93.10±12.75 mmHg to 140.98±18.65 mmHg and 84.89±10.94 mmHg, respectively (t=49.481, t=38.451). All these changes were statistically significant (P<0.001). Analysis of intervention effects showed that the rates of dyslipidemia and abnormal blood pressure decreased (χ2=23.369, P<0.001; χ2=359.194, P<0.001), while the rate of abnormal blood glucose increased (χ2=357.752, P<0.001), with all differences being statistically significant.
Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive interventions for populations at high risk of cardiovascular disease in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is beneficial in reducing the prevalence of dyslipidemia and hypertension, highlighting its public health significance. However, close monitoring of triglyceride (TG) and fasting blood glucose levels is necessary, and further research is needed to explore their impact on cardiovascular disease.

目的 分析针对内蒙古自治区心血管病高危人群实施综合干预的效果，并为内蒙古自治区心血管病的防控提供科学依据。
方法 利用2015—2024年内蒙古自治区心血管病高危人群早期筛查与综合干预项目数据，根据纳入排除标准，确定3 354名心血管病高危对象，对其进行10年的综合干预。通过分析综合干预前后血脂、血糖和血压水平的变化，以评价综合干预措施的有效性。
结果 通过10年综合干预，心血管病高危人群的TC和LDL-C水平下降（t=23.477，t=18.013），HDL-C和TG水平上升（t=-4.096，t=-9.154）；空腹血糖水平上升（t=-14.725）；SBP从160.16±22.76 mmHg下降至140.98±18.65 mmHg（t=49.481），DBP从93.10±12.75 mmHg下降至84.89±10.94 mmHg（t=38.451），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.001）。进行干预效果分析显示，血脂和血压异常率均呈下降趋势（χ2=23.369，P<0.001；χ2=359.194，P<0.001），而血糖异常率呈上升趋势（χ2=357.75，P<0.001），差异均有统计学意义。
结论 对内蒙古自治区心血管病高危人群实施综合干预有利于降低血脂异常率和血压异常率，具有重要公共卫生意义，但需要做好TG和空腹血糖水平的监测工作，进一步探讨其对心血管病的影响。
