Objective

To explore the training mode and mechanism of compound talents of preventive medicine and software engineering.

Methods

In order to adapt to the development trend of multidisciplinary and new technology integration under the background of new medical science construction and the strategic needs of building a healthy China, the West China School of Public Health and the School of Computer Science (School of Software) of Sichuan University have established a dual bachelor’s degree talent training program in Preventive Medicine and Software Engineering, a teaching professor expert team with cross disciplinary integration, integrated courses and internship bases, through extensive research and expert verification, in accordance with the requirements of the National Standards for Undergraduate Professional Teaching Quality and the Management Measures for Bachelor’s Degree Authorization and Granting. The program aims to recruit dual bachelor’s degree students, strengthen student guidance and teaching feedback, and continuously summarize and improve the talent training mode.

Results

Three sessions of dual bachelor’s degree students in Preventive Medicine + Software Engineering have been recruited, a teaching team integrating medical and engineering has been established, seven integrated courses have been formed, professional training objectives and curriculum systems have been established and continuously improved, and two medical research and practical teaching innovation bases suitable for dual bachelor’s degree students have been established. The adaptability and satisfaction of students have been continuously improved.

Conclusion

The double bachelor degree training model of preventive medicine + software engineering with the characteristics of public health and software has been initially established, which provides an important theoretical and practical reference for the reform of the training mode of medical-industrial integration.

目的

探索预防医学+软件工程复合型人才培养模式及机制。

方法

为了适应新医科建设背景下多学科、新技术融合的发展趋势和健康中国建设战略需求，四川大学华西公共卫生学院和四川大学计算机学院（软件学院）通过广泛调研和专家论证，依据《本科专业类教学质量国家标准》及《学士学位授权与授予管理办法》要求，建立预防医学+软件工程双学士学位人才培养方案、跨专业交叉融合的教学教授专家团队、融合课程和实习基地，招收双学士项目学生，加强学生引导与教学反馈，不断总结和完善人才培养模式。

结果

已招收三届预防医学+软件工程双学士学位学生，组建了医工融合的教学团队，形成七门融合课程，建立并持续完善专业培养目标及课程体系，探讨和建立适合双学士学位学生的医教研实践教学创新基地二个，学生的适应性和满意度不断提升。

结论

具有公卫和软件双特色的预防医学+软件工程双学士学位培养模式已初步建立，为医工融合人才培养模式改革提供了重要的理论和实践参考。

目的

探索预防医学+软件工程复合型人才培养模式及机制。

方法

为了适应新医科建设背景下多学科、新技术融合的发展趋势和健康中国建设战略需求，四川大学华西公共卫生学院和四川大学计算机学院（软件学院）通过广泛调研和专家论证，依据《本科专业类教学质量国家标准》及《学士学位授权与授予管理办法》要求，建立预防医学+软件工程双学士学位人才培养方案、跨专业交叉融合的教学教授专家团队、融合课程和实习基地，招收双学士项目学生，加强学生引导与教学反馈，不断总结和完善人才培养模式。

结果

已招收三届预防医学+软件工程双学士学位学生，组建了医工融合的教学团队，形成七门融合课程，建立并持续完善专业培养目标及课程体系，探讨和建立适合双学士学位学生的医教研实践教学创新基地二个，学生的适应性和满意度不断提升。

结论

具有公卫和软件双特色的预防医学+软件工程双学士学位培养模式已初步建立，为医工融合人才培养模式改革提供了重要的理论和实践参考。

Objective

To explore the training mode and mechanism of compound talents of preventive medicine and software engineering.

Methods

In order to adapt to the development trend of multidisciplinary and new technology integration under the background of new medical science construction and the strategic needs of building a healthy China, the West China School of Public Health and the School of Computer Science (School of Software) of Sichuan University have established a dual bachelor’s degree talent training program in Preventive Medicine and Software Engineering, a teaching professor expert team with cross disciplinary integration, integrated courses and internship bases, through extensive research and expert verification, in accordance with the requirements of the National Standards for Undergraduate Professional Teaching Quality and the Management Measures for Bachelor’s Degree Authorization and Granting. The program aims to recruit dual bachelor’s degree students, strengthen student guidance and teaching feedback, and continuously summarize and improve the talent training mode.

Results

Three sessions of dual bachelor’s degree students in Preventive Medicine + Software Engineering have been recruited, a teaching team integrating medical and engineering has been established, seven integrated courses have been formed, professional training objectives and curriculum systems have been established and continuously improved, and two medical research and practical teaching innovation bases suitable for dual bachelor’s degree students have been established. The adaptability and satisfaction of students have been continuously improved.

Conclusion

The double bachelor degree training model of preventive medicine + software engineering with the characteristics of public health and software has been initially established, which provides an important theoretical and practical reference for the reform of the training mode of medical-industrial integration.

近年来，许多突发公共卫生事件给人类的身体健康和生命安全带来了巨大的挑战，同时也给我国医疗卫生体系带来了前所未有的挑战[1]，在应对这些挑战中，也暴露出我国公共卫生人才的缺乏、以及在突发公共卫生事件的应急响应和智能监测处理方面存在的短板[2-3]，这给我国公共卫生人才培养模式提出了改革的迫切要求。此外，在大数据背景下，医疗卫生数据日益信息化、多样化、丰富化，传统的数据处理和监测方法已无法满足现代医疗卫生信息的统计和疾病防控的需求[4]。随着信息技术的发展，人工智能、软件工程技术在疫情监测、大数据分析、公共卫生信息系统建设、智能医疗系统的研究等方面具有广泛的应用前景，有望成为协助解决突发公共卫生问题的突破口[5-6]，急需培养预防医学+软件工程医工融合的复合型人才，而我国预防医学软件工程跨学科教育尚在探索阶段[6]。因此，为了适应健康中国战略需求[7]及新医科建设背景下多学科、新技术融合的发展趋势[8]，2021年，四川大学华西公共卫生学院与四川大学计算机学院(软件学院)强强联合，在全国开创跨学科专业的预防医学与软件工程双学士学位项目，积极探索预防医学软件工程复合人才培养模式及机制，以期为新时代预防医学人才培养模式改革提供理论和实践指导，也为其他领域的复合专业人才培养模式改革提供有益的借鉴和参考。
2　实施的主要举措

预防医学和软件工程是两个相对独立的学科领域，在知识体系及研究方法等方面存在显著的差异，如何将传统预防医学教育与软件工程学科进行有效整合，加强信息软件技术中大数据统计、程序设计和数据库系统建设等在公共卫生领域的应用，是一项非常具有挑战性的任务。对此，四川大学华西公共卫生学院和四川大学计算机学院(软件学院)通过广泛调研和专家论证，以预防医学和软件工程融合的学科发展和行业需求为导向，围绕新医科人才培养要求和卓越医师教育培养计划2.0意见[9]，依据《本科专业类教学质量国家标准》[10]及《学士学位授权与授予管理办法》[11]，对预防医学与软件工程双学士学位人才培养方案、课程体系、及管理办法等进行优化重构，不断总结和完善人才培养模式。
2.1　构建和完善预防医学+软件工程双学士学位培养方案
首先以《国标》[10]为起点，围绕要培养什么样的人和怎么样培养人的核心问题[12]，按“确定培养目标、明确培养要求、按需精选课程”的原则，制定了双学士学位人才培养方案。
（1）培养目标及要求 通过调研和多次讨论，确定了培养目标为：培养具有崇高的理想信念、深厚的人文底蕴、扎实的公共卫生及软件工程专业知识、强烈的公众健康+IT领域的创新意识和宽广国际视野的公共卫生+IT行业高素质复合型人才。学制为本科（五年制）5年，学生可在4～7年内完成学业，毕业总学分要求为239分，达到学分要求者授予医学学士学位、工学学士学位。学生通过学习通识课程、专业基础及核心课程，参与公共卫生及软件工程实践训练，使学生具备解决公共卫生与预防医学实际问题和胜任公众健康领域软件应用及研发的能力，及以下六项基本素质：①具备良好的政治思想、道德品质和家国情怀；②掌握基础医学、临床医学、软件工程及预防医学的基本理论及基本技能；③掌握调查研究影响人群健康的各种因素以及发现疾病流行规律、制定预防疾病及增进人群健康的策略与措施的理论和方法；④掌握基本的软件应用与开发技术，具备计算思维能力与一定的程序设计与实现能力，能够运用软件工程专业的基础概念分析、解决复杂的公共卫生问题；⑤具有应用软件工程设计制定满足健康领域软件工程需求的解决方案的能力，同时能综合考虑公众健康及安全，以及全球、文化、社会、环境和可持续性等影响因素；⑥了解国内外预防医学、软件工程理论前沿、新技术、新成果和发展动态。
（2）构建课程体系 在课程体系设置上，双学士学位项目不仅要覆盖两个专业的核心课程，还要专门开设跨学科实践课程模块，以满足交叉培养的要求[13]。因此，重点关注专业课的广度和学科交叉性，结合以软件工程为导向的跨学科实践训练，采取由基础到综合，由课内向课外延伸，分层次、分阶段、递进式培养复合型预防医学软件工程专业人才，设置课程体系包括通识教育，专业教育及实践教育三个模块，共分为以下六个课组：公共基础课组、通识模块课程课组、学科基础课组、专业核心课课组、专业选修课课组及实践教育课组，见图1；课程总门数为130门，总学分为290分，总学时为5 244学时，但毕业要求总学分为239学分，其中通识教育、专业教育和实践教育分别占总学分的18.33%、63.30%、51.05%。
2.2　搭建医工融合师资队伍，构建融合课程
教师是人才培养的一线实践者，跨越学科界限、多学科师资交叉协同、组建多来源的指导团队，做好双专业课程和内容的融合是培养预防医学和软件工程复合型人才的关键[14]。因此，四川大学华西公共卫生学院和软件学院充分整合教师资源，支持跨学科课程建设，学校还专门设立了跨学科交叉课程项目，现已成功构建七个融合课程及团队，包括预防医学与软件工程专业导论、数据库系统和健康信息管理、公共卫生与健康软件系统开发、医学信息系统分析与设计、医学成像与影像诊断、全生命周期数据管理与分析及公共卫生信息平台软件开发导论，其中融合课程“全生命周期数据管理与分析”获四川大学交叉课程项目支持，该课程与既有针对预防医学专业的“数据管理与分析及软件运用”相比，所涉及到的数据类型更加复杂和深入、分析方法更加灵活和多样性、所讲授的专业知识及软件操作更具有普适性，获得学生的一致好评。见表1。
2.3　搭建预防医学+软件工程双学士学生实践基地
跨学科的实践训练是培养复合人才实践应用能力的重要途径。因此，在专业实践环节尤其注重构建科教融合、产教协同的创新育人平台。在充分整合两个学院已建立的实践基地的优势基础上，四川大学联合四川省疾病预防控制中心成功申请了“2021年省级大学生校外实践教育基地建设”项目，进一步共同搭建面向预防医学与软件工程的跨学科省级公共卫生实践教育示范基地。该实践教育示范基地由四川大学和四川省疾控中心合作，建立包括成都市、内江市、宜宾市、自贡市疾控在内的联合体形式，为学生提供专业信息化培训实践基地；另外，将四川大学华西第四医院作为预软专业学生了解医院信息系统的实践基地。通过省级教学实践基地的建设，进一步加强产学研合作的“双师”队伍，将实验教学、专业实践教学、综合实践教学等有机结合，形成“理论与实践融合、学校与基地融合、以及人才培养与社会需求紧密融合的”的教育模式，针对重大突发公共卫生事件应急处理、疫情形势研判、实验室检测、病原体快速甄别、慢病防控和健康促进等方面，培养具备大数据应用能力的创新型公共卫生人才。
2.4　加强思政教育与管理，引导学生快速适应繁重学习任务
（1）加强思政教育，关注学生心理健康 双学士学位学生在五年中需要完成更多课程学习，时间紧、任务重，特别是刚入学，就会面临很重的学习负荷，需要对学生更多的关怀何鼓励，践行以人为本的教育理念，将学生作为核心，综合分析学生的成长需求以及学生在当前信息时代面临的各类思想问题，对思政教育进行优化调整，实施差异化的教育指导。通过开展主题教育、学习道德模范视频、缅怀革命先烈、重温红色经典等活动来加强思想教育，鼓励同学们培养美好品德、高尚人格。密切关注学生的心理健康，定期开展心理健康教育和宣传活动，为学生提供专业的心理咨询和心理治疗服务，帮助他们建立良好的自我认同和自我价值感，增强自信心和自尊心，确保他们能够健康、快乐地成长。
（2）加强学风建设，营造良好学风班风 注重学法指导为学生提供更多专业学习机会，拓宽学习路径。了解各个阶段学生们的学习情况，并通过集体交流和个别交流相结合的方式，对同学们提到的问题和困难进行解决及反馈；邀请部分优秀的研究生及本科高年级学生代表，向本班同学传授学习经验；鼓励学生参加老师科研，吸收部分表现积极且成绩优秀的同学加入科研课题组，参与四川省科技厅课题等研究项目，通过发挥这些同学的模范带头作用，带动本班形成良性竞争和良好学风。
（3）加强学生科研、创新应用能力培养 通过鼓励学生参加大创项目、学科竞赛、学术讲座等，拓宽学生的专业视野，锻炼学生的逻辑思维，激发他们的创新能力，为培养具有医工融合思维的高素质应用型人才奠定基础。一方面，通过组织学生认真学习国家和学校开展大学生创新创业活动的相关文件，帮助他们深刻领会创新创业活动的本质目的，树立积极创新的观念和学以致用的意识。另一方面，积极在行动上为同学们提供必要的帮助，在老师和高年级学长学姐们的共同指导下，让低年级同学们能够充分成长。
（4）跨学系协同管理，实施双班主任制 针对双学士学位专业的特点，实施跨院系协同管理制度，由两院教学主管院长、本科专业学术主任、系主任、责任教授、教务负责人等组成管理团队，负责项目招生、培养方案制定、日常运行监督等工作；此外，实施双班主任制制度，更好地发挥专业课教师对学生价值塑造、学业指导、成长规划等方面地指导作用。班主任通过线上及线下交流等形式及时接收学生反馈，同时加强对同学们双专业课程学习的正确引导与认识，助力学生快速适应学习任务繁重的校园生活。
3　取得的成果及人才培养成效

3.1　初步建立预防医学+软件工程双学士学位人才培养模式
作为全国首创的预防医学+软件工程双学士学位项目，通过三年的不断完善改进与教学实践，成功组建了医工融合师资队伍，构建七个融合课程，形成完整的预防医学与软件工程双学士学位人才培养方案和课程体系，搭建适合预软专业学生的医教研实践教学创新基地二个，打破专业、学科、院系的限制，提升跨专业人才培养的整体性、系统性和层次性。
3.2　顺利完成第三届招生，生源质量明显提升
预软专业双学士学位项目自2021年首届招生开始，现已顺利完成第三届招生，目前有三届学生在读（2021级、2022级、2023级），共75人，尚无毕业生。从招生录取情况来看，生源质量明显提升，且本专业学生的录取位次明显高于预防医学的学生。如在重庆市，2021年最高分的录取位次和最低分录取位次分别比预防医学高301位、958位，在2022年分别高出了2 067位、1 766位，在2023年分别高出了1 216位、3 648位；在四川省内，2021年本专业录取的最高和最低位次与预防医学相比并不明显，在经过加强宣传后，到2022年招生时，本专业在省内录取的最高位次与预防医学相比高出了576位，2023年最高分的录取位次比预防医学高2 582位。见表2。
3.3　加强学生管理和引导成效显著，带领学生取得大创项目、学科竞赛等多项成绩
目前，我校在预防医学软件工程专业人才培养方面取得了突出成效。一方面，学生在老师的引导下快速适应了学习任务繁重的校园生活，首届学生反馈的学习困难、挂科多的问题显著改善，90%的学生表示学习相应课程后收获很大或较大，尤其是软件工程在预防医学中的实际应用能力，学生通过亲身体验成功地开发出了多个实用的软件，其中三项还获得了国家软件著作权的认证；另一方面，学生的综合素质也得到全面提升，在“互联网+”大创项目和“挑战杯”学科竞赛中获得多项成绩，包括国家级奖项一项、省级获奖四项、校级及院级获奖各二项。

在健康中国战略和新医科建设背景下，四川大学在全国首创预防医学与软件工程双学士学位项目，通过三年的教学实践，初步建立了具有公卫和软件双特色的预防医学+软件工程双学士学位人才培养模式，实现了“高素质、强能力、重创新”的应用型医工交叉复合人才培养目标，这有助于推动预防医学技术专业向着数字化、精准化、信息化发展迈进，为医工融合人才培养模式改革提供了重要的理论和实践参考，也为其他领域的复合专业人才培养模式改革提供了有益的借鉴。
