Objective

To sinicize the Climate Change Health Protection Behavior Scale (CCHPB) for adolescents, and to explore the reliability and validity of the scale among Chinese adolescents.

Methods

The Chinese translation model of the scale was carried out with the help of Brislin’s translation model, and the structural validity of the scale was comprehensively evaluated by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.

Results

The results showed that the internal consistency of the Chinese version of the CCHPB scale was excellent (α=0.923), and the Cronbach’s α coefficient of all dimensions of the scale was higher than 0.878, indicating that the Chinese version of the CCHPB scale had excellent reliability indicators. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis strongly confirmed the four-factor structure of the scale. In addition, all indicators in the adaptability of the confirmatory factor analysis model met the adaptation criteria, which clearly indicated that the scale had good structural validity.

Conclusion

The CCHPB scale can be used to evaluate the health protection behaviors of adolescents under possible climate change situations.

目的

旨在对青少年气候变化健康保护行为量表(CCHPB)跨文化调适,同时深入探究该量表在中国青少年群体中的信度与效度情况。

方法

借助Brislin翻译模型开展量表的汉化工作,并运用探索性因子分析以及验证性因子分析这两种方法,对量表的结构效度展开全面评估。

结果

经检验,中文版CCHPB量表的内部一致性优异(α=0.923),量表各维度的Cronbach α系数也均高于0.878,结果表明中文版CCHPB量表具有优异的信度指标。探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析的结果,均有力证实了量表的四因子结构。此外,验证性因子分析模型的适配度中各项指标均契合适配标准,清晰表明该量表具有良好的结构效度。

结论

CCHPB量表可以作为评估青少年在可能出现的气候变化情况下所表现的健康保护行为。

Objective

To sinicize the Climate Change Health Protection Behavior Scale (CCHPB) for adolescents, and to explore the reliability and validity of the scale among Chinese adolescents.

Methods

The Chinese translation model of the scale was carried out with the help of Brislin’s translation model, and the structural validity of the scale was comprehensively evaluated by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.

Results

The results showed that the internal consistency of the Chinese version of the CCHPB scale was excellent (α=0.923), and the Cronbach’s α coefficient of all dimensions of the scale was higher than 0.878, indicating that the Chinese version of the CCHPB scale had excellent reliability indicators. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis strongly confirmed the four-factor structure of the scale. In addition, all indicators in the adaptability of the confirmatory factor analysis model met the adaptation criteria, which clearly indicated that the scale had good structural validity.

Conclusion

The CCHPB scale can be used to evaluate the health protection behaviors of adolescents under possible climate change situations.

在世界卫生组织青少年健康行动计划中,强调了青少年应对新出现的威胁(如气候变化和大流行病)的准备[1]。气候变化形势严峻,青年在气候研究、活动和行动中发挥着重要作用。中国青年也积极参与到气候治理中,2020年由中国社会科学院和中国气象局的专家联合编撰的《应对气候变化报告2020:提升气候行动力》提出,目前地球正面临“气候紧急状态”[2]。年轻人处于被要求采取气候行动的全球社会运动中的最前沿。
当前,众多学者投身于气候变化意识领域的研究,从不同角度丰富了我们对气候变化意识的理解,为后续研究提供了重要的参考和借鉴[3-6]。然而,青少年气候变化健康保护行为量表(the Climate Change Health Protection Behavior Assessment Scale ,CCHPB)评估青少年在气候变化的情况下可能出现的健康保护行为。鉴于我国青少年气候变化防护及应对机制不完善,本研究拟对CCHPB量表进行汉化,通过这样的跨文化调适和信效度检验,可以确保量表在不同文化背景下的可靠性和有效性,从而提供更为精准的气候变化健康保护行为评估工具来衡量青少年应对气候变化造成负面情况的健康保护行为。这一研究的实施,将有助于填补国内在青少年气候变化保护行为研究领域的空白,提供一种可靠且有效的方法来衡量暴露于气候变化的青少年的健康保护行为,为制定针对性的预防和应对策略提供科学依据。
青少年气候变化健康防护行为量表(CCHPB),该量表评估青少年在气候变化可能出现的情况下的健康保护行为。高温天气、洪水、雾霾和空气污染等气候变化会直接影响青少年的健康并增加患病风险[7]。该量表包含4个因子结构,分别评估青少年在气候变化健康保护方面的知识寻求行为,对气候变化引起消极情况的适应性行为,在气候变化引起的情况过去后应采取的健康行为及减少气候变化的健康行为。采用Likert 5级评分法(1=很不同意,2=不同意,3=既不同意也不反对,4=同意,5=非常同意),量表的Cronbach α系数为0.72,具有良好的信度和效度。
本研究基于Brislin翻译模型完成量表汉化,首先由两名研究者独立翻译原始量表,经讨论达成一致后形成初译版;随后由未接触过原量表的译者进行背靠背回译,通过比对回译版与原文检验准确性;最后由跨学科专家组从语言规范性、文化适配性及内容等效性等多维度综合修订,形成最终中文版量表。在量表的翻译过程中,研究小组基于对青少年群体表达习惯和思维特点的深入理解,通过充分讨论,对部分条目进行了精心修订,力求使条目内容与青少年群体的日常表达更为契合,增强量表在青少年群体中的适用性和有效性,最终形成中文版CCHPB。
本研究运用SPSS 22.0和AMOS 26.0软件进行数据处理与分析。对于一般资料,采用均数±标准差,用以精确呈现数据的集中趋势与离散程度;通过频数和构成比,直观展示各类数据的分布状况。采用方便抽样方法选择广东地区进行,选取两所初中和两所高中随机抽取青少年。其中包括初中生和高中生在内的所有七年级至高三年级学生共1 073名,见表1。本研究已通过华中师范大学科研伦理委员会审批(CCNU-IRB-202410032b)。
在量表信度评估方面,选用Cronbach α系数衡量量表内部一致性,同时借助重测信度,考察量表在不同时间点测量结果的稳定性。针对量表内容效度,运用内容效度指数进行评定,以此判断量表内容对所测概念的覆盖程度。在评估量表结构效度时,分别采用探索性因子分析,探索潜在因子结构,挖掘数据背后的维度信息;以及验证性因子分析,基于理论假设对量表结构进行验证,检验理论模型与实际数据的拟合程度。所有检验均以α=0.05作为显著性标准,确保研究结果的科学性与可靠性。
中国沿海是热带风暴潮多发的地区,风暴潮灾害的频繁程度居世界首位,每年近20个台风影响中国海域,受灾区域几乎遍及中国整个沿海地带,其中尤以福建、广东、海南沿海为甚[8]。本研究样本全部来自广东省,虽然地区具有气候多样性特征,但仍存在地域局限性,可能导致研究结果对北方干燥地区,西南高原地区青少年群体的适应性受限,后续研究可采取分层抽样,依据中国8大气候区域,地区经济发展水平等进行多维度抽样,通过多地区联合抽样进一步验证量表的跨文化效度,以构建更具普适性的青少年气候变化健康行为评估模型。
中文版CCHPB量表的Cronbach α系数为0.923,表明该量表整体内部一致性极高,题项间的协同性强,测量结果稳定可靠,能够有效反映研究主题的整体特征。各维度信息意识与预防行动、应急响应与适应策略、气候适应与健康恢复、气候行动与健康促进的Cronbach α系数分别为0.891、0.937、0.878、0.882。量表具有良好测量稳定性,能有效反映目标构念。
本研究邀请了共计9名在相关领域具有深厚专业知识和丰富经验的专家参与量表内容效度的评定工作。经专家们严谨评估,计算得出条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)处于0.830至1区间。在量表水平上,内容效度指数全体一致性(S-CVI/UA)达到了满分1,平均S-CVI(S-CVI/Ave)同样为1。依据相关标准,当条目水平的内容效度指数≥0.78,量表水平的内容效度指数>0.8时,表明量表具有优异的内容效度(>0.9优秀标准),完全覆盖目标概念域。
在探索性因子分析过程中,首先对数据的适用性进行检验。结果显示,KMO值达到0.942,表明变量间的相关性较强,数据具有良好的因子分析适用性。同时,Bartlett球形检验的χ2值为17 552.78,且P<0.001,进一步说明相关矩阵并非单位矩阵,拒绝原假设,适合开展因子分析。随后,采用主成分分析法结合最大方差正交旋转法,以特征值大于1作为提取公因子的标准进行探索性因子分析。最终,成功提取出4个公因子,能够有效解释数据中的大部分变异信息,为后续深入分析量表的结构维度提供了有力依据,清晰地展现了量表所涵盖内容的潜在结构特征。健康促进理论与环境行为理论表明:教育干预可提升气候认知;环境互动促进行为改变;政策支持推动知识转化,三者协同作用,最终实现健康与环境可持续性的双重目标。因此本汉化量表因子划分与原量表保持一致,将其分别命名为信息意识与预防行动(指青少年对气候变化信息的认识和基于此所采取的预防性健康行为),应急响应与适应策略(指青少年在气候变化紧急情况下的即时反应和长期适应策略),气候适应与健康恢复(指青少年在气候变化事件后采取的适应性行为和健康恢复措施)和气候行动与健康促进(指在气候变化相关事件之后,青少年采取的行动旨在恢复健康并促进长期健康福祉),累计方差贡献率为63.56%,见表2
本研究借助AMOS统计软件构建模型,并运用极大似然法对调查数据开展验证性因子分析。分析结果表明,模型的CMIN/DF值为3.021,该数值处于3至5的区间范围内。依据模型适配度评判标准,当CMIN/DF值在此区间时,表明模型具有一定的可接受性。同时,模型的GFI值达到0.935,TLI、IFI、CFI这三项指标均大于0.9。这些适配度指标均成功达到了适配标准,充分说明该模型具有良好的适配度,模型的理论架构与实际调查数据之间呈现出较高的契合度,能够较为精准地反映数据背后的潜在结构。具体数据详见表3,验证性因子分析结构模型如图1所示。
本研究成功地对青少年气候变化健康保护行为量表(CCHPB)进行了汉化,并在中国青少年群体中进行了信效度检验。研究结果表明,中文版CCHPB量表具有较高的信度和效度,可以有效地评估中国青少年在面对气候变化时的健康保护行为。研究结果表明,该量表的四因子结构与原量表高度一致,精准还原了原量表的维度架构。同时,验证性因子分析中的各项模型拟合指标均成功达到适配标准,这清晰地表明量表的理论结构与实际测量数据拟合度极佳,能够准确、有效地反映出所要测量的概念和维度,为相关研究提供了坚实可靠的测量工具。
问卷信度是指问卷结果的一致性和可靠性,即在不同的时间、不同的调查者或不同的样本中,问卷所测得的结果都是一致的。它通常通过信度系数(如Cronbach α系数)来衡量,系数值越高,表示问卷的可信度越好。具体来说,“信息意识与预防行动”维度代表题目为Q1-Q5,其Cronbach α系数为0.891,各题目之间内部一致性较高,结果稳定;“应急响应与适应策略”为10个题项,Cronbach α系数为0.937,删除任一项目后α值略有下降(如删除Q6后α=0.929),表明所有项目均有效支持一致性。此外,“气候适应与健康恢复”维度的Cronbach α系数为0.878,删除Q22后,维度Cronbach α系数由0.878降至0.851,且该题项修正后项总相关系数达0.738(高于0.7标准值),表明Q22对维度内部一致性具有显著正向贡献;其他项目(如Q17、Q18)相关性略低(0.599-0.626),但仍在可接受范围,但在后续研究中针对第三维度中相关性略低的项目如Q17、Q18中对辛辣、热性及增强免疫力的食物(泡菜、酸奶)等乳酸菌或的表达进行优化,以进一步提升其稳健性。“气候行动与健康促进”的Cronbach α系数为0.882,删除项目后α值变化较小(如删除Q28后α=0.858),表明各项目贡献均衡。因此,整体量表28个项目的α系数为0.923,四个维度的α系数均高于0.8,且无显著冗余或冲突项目,说明该中文版本的CCHPB量表内在一致性较好,可稳定可靠地评估青少年在气候变化可能出现的情况下的健康保护行为。
效度是衡量某一研究工具精准反映其预期研究概念及程度的关键指标。本研究在对量表进行汉化时,严格遵循Brislin翻译模型及原则开展翻译与修订工作。经评定,中文版CCHPB量表在条目水平上,内容效度指数(I-CVI)处于0.830至1的区间,而在量表水平上,平均内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)达到了1.000。这些数据有力地表明,该量表在内容效度方面表现出色,能够高度契合所期望研究的概念,切实有效地覆盖了目标研究内容,为后续基于该量表的研究提供了坚实可靠的测量基础。
通过探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,本汉化量表因子划分与原量表保持一致,基于健康促进理论与环境行为理论将4个因子分别命名。分别为信息意识与预防行动,应急响应与适应策略,气候适应与健康恢复和气候行动与健康促进。中文版CCHPB量表累计方差贡献率为63.56%,在结构效度方面表现卓越,能够精准、有效地测量其预期的概念与维度,为后续研究提供了坚实可靠的测量工具,可用于衡量青少年应对气候变化造成的负面情况的健康保护行为。
CCHPB量表旨在评估青少年在气候变化可能出现的情况下表现出的健康保护行为。鉴于气温升高、洪水和干旱等气候变化事件的频率不断增加,有必要开发新的量表来衡量青少年应对气候变化造成负面影响的健康保护行为。在心理学研究中发现青少年对气候变化的认识不足可能导致无法针对负面情况制定预防性和保护性行为[9]。不出所料,研究显示气候变化意识的提高促进了健康保护行为的增加。同样,健康信念低的个人对气候变化的负面影响的预防性和保护性行为也可能较少[10]。该量表提供了一种可靠且有效的方法来衡量暴露于气候变化的青少年的健康保护行为。
本研究除了以上显著的优势外还存在一定的局限性。本研究是对广东地区青少年群体进行的相关测评,该地区常年气温偏高,夏季日数破纪录;降水偏多,前汛期降水历史同期最高;强对流天气异常频繁。但也建议在不同地区和地理位置检验CCHPB的效度和信度。量表的信度和效度并不是固定的属性,而是与量表所适用的人群密切相关。信度和效度是量表本身、被测参与者和测量发生的环境之间相互作用的结果。一个量表在一个人群中表现出良好的信度和效度,但在另一个人群中使用时可能仍需要评价。目前,缺乏跨人群、跨文化背景的量表结构等效性检验。
