Objective To analyze the prevalence and usage of smart health and eldercare devices among middle-aged and older adults in Yunnan Province, and to compare disparities across different groups.
Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was employed. Face-to-face questionnaire surveys were conducted among adults aged 45 and above from 6 prefectures (cities) in Yunnan Province, yielding 2 595 valid questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Stata 15.1.
Results The prevalence of devices ranked as follows: smartphones (83.55%), smart TVs (77.88%), video surveillance (36.30%), etc., with fall alarms being the lowest (1.19%). A notable decline was observed from device ownership rate to usage rate and proficiency rate, indicating an “ownership-usage-proficiency” efficacy decay. Smartphones had the highest prevalence (83.55%) and regular usage rate (60.42%), while smart TVs had the highest proficient usage rate (49.83%). Fall alarms had the lowest rates in prevalence (1.19%), regular usage (0.35%), and proficient usage (0.19%). Significant differences in device prevalence, regular usage rate, and proficient usage rate were found across ethnic and age groups, whereas no significant differences were observed between genders.
Conclusion The prevalence and use of smart health and eldercare devices (except for smart cell phones and TVs) among the middle-aged older adults in Yunnan Province are low overall, and there are significant ethnic and age differences.

目的 分析云南省中老年人智慧健康养老设备的普及与使用现状，比较其在不同群体间的差异。
方法 采用分层随机整群抽样，对云南省6个州（市）45岁以上中老年人开展面对面问卷调查（有效问卷2 595份），使用Stata 15.1进行统计分析。
结果 设备普及率从高到低依次为智能手机、智能电视、视频监控等，分别为83.55%、77.88%、36.30%，跌倒报警器最低，为1.19%。普及率、使用率和熟练使用率存在显著“拥有-使用-熟练”效能衰减。智能手机是普及率和经常使用率最高的设备，分别为83.55%、60.42%，智能电视熟练使用率最高，为49.83%，而跌倒报警器的普及率、经常使用率和熟练使用率均最低，分别为1.19%、0.35%、0.19%。设备普及率、经常使用率与熟练使用率在民族、年龄组间差异显著，性别间差异不明显。
结论 云南省中老年人智慧健康养老设备（除手机、电视外）普及和使用水平整体较低，且存在民族与年龄差异。
