Based on the primary inspecting and testing institutions, combined with the actual work, this paper discusses some common problems such as the development position, encouragement and incentive mechanism, talent team construction, scientific and technological innovation, scientific and technological achievements transformation of the current market supervision system from the aspects of quality infrastructure construction, scientific and technological innovation, and a number of suggestions are given.
