Dong Doan Van serves as Vice Dean of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering at UTH and Head of the Big Data Research for Infrastructure & Green Engineering (BRIDGE) Research Group. He received the Ph.D. degree from Wuhan University of Technology in 2018. He served as Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at UTH in 2019 and as Head of the Training Department in 2022. His research interests include railway transportation systems, the Vehicular Internet of Things (VIoT), intelligent transportation systems, energy efficiency, and control systems in transportation. He has published more than 50 conference papers, book chapters, and journal articles.
