Currently, smart agriculture in Anyang City, mainly based on Internet of Things, big data, and drone pest control, is developing rapidly. However, there are still problems such as lack of unified planning and insufficient investment in the development process. To address these issues, the following countermeasures and suggestions were proposed: establishing a cross-departmental coordination mechanism, formulating targeted policies and measures, developing agricultural moderate-scale operations, formulating the training and improvement plan for skills in Anyang City, and constructing a business model for the sustainable development of Anyang's smart agriculture.
