In response to the difficulty in quantifying the efficiency of agricultural machinery operations in our country, this paper took the combine harvester for wheat in the the Huanghuaihai Plain as the object, and built a model for evaluating and predicting the efficiency of agricultural machinery based on time series analysis, aiming to promote the improvement of the efficiency of agricultural machinery operations. Firstly, a multi-dimensional efficiency evaluation system including time utilization rate and average fuel consumption was established based on the operation log data; secondly, the STL decomposition method was used to eliminate the long-term and seasonal trend of the efficiency sequence; finally, the efficiency prediction was carried out.
