To screen out efficient control agents for wheat stem-end rot disease in Juye area of Shandong Province, a field comparison experiment of six agents was conducted from 2023 to 2024. The results showed that the 48% oximeoxazoline·zoxamide (T3) treatment had the best efficacy. From the emergence stage to the filling stage, the disease index decreased by 56.1%, 56.7%, and 58.3% compared with the control (CK) without treatment, significantly inhibiting the spread of the disease. At the same time, this treatment promoted the growth of wheat seedlings, with an increase of 5.3%, 9.1%, and 19.2% in plant height, root length, and tiller number, respectively. The number of grains per spike and the thousand-grain weight increased by 8.2% and 6.1%, respectively, and the final yield increased by 14.8%, making it the best among the six treatments. Therefore, it was recommended as the preferred control agent for wheat stem-end rot disease in the local area to achieve the dual goals of disease green control and yield increase.
