This paper aimed to systematically study the key technologies applied by Freshippo throughout the entire supply chain preservation process, including origin-source preservation, intelligent cold chain logistics, intelligent warehousing and processing, store-level precise preservation, and digital sales warning. Through in-depth analysis of its technical architecture, operation mode, and application cases, combined with data and charts for comparison, it demonstrated the effectiveness of this system in reducing losses, improving quality, and ensuring food safety.
