Infrared camera technology, with its non-invasive, all-weather, and wide-range monitoring characteristics, has become a key technical support for wildlife disease prevention and control in forest and grassland areas. This paper first explained the principles and advantages of infrared camera technology, systematically reviewed its specific applications in wildlife disease monitoring, and evaluated the effectiveness of application through practical cases in typical forest and grassland areas. It provided theoretical references and practical basis for precise monitoring, risk early warning, and ecological security guarantee of wildlife diseases in forest and grassland areas.
