    This article starts from the conceptions of Science-popularizing Product (SPP) and the innovation of SPP, and then according to multiple-level product theory and based on digital technology, puts forwards the strategies for different product levels. On the level of generic product, the strategy focuses on modality innovation; On the level of expected product, it focuses on function innovation; On the level of augmented product, it focuses on service innovation.

    The marketing theories have important instructive and referential values in many fields of the modern society, and are applied extensively in practice. This research shows that as the marketing is firmly connected with the science popularization, the marketing theories can be applied to instruct the science popularization to some extent, forming so-called new mode for science popularization marketing, namely science popularization marketing, whose foundation frame is the 6Ps of marketing mix of the science popularization marketing.

    TCheat-science is other than pseudoscience and anti-science but abnormal science form. It is belong to science knowledge but for purpose of non-science with using cheat methods. Cheat-science has different existence forms. It's particularity in today China is not only has science knowledge but also has non-science purpose and supports from some scientists. The demos can not distinguish its true or false. The cheat-science has harm both for science popularization and ethic of science popularization. It also impacts elevation of scientific attainment of Chinese demos and shaping of scientific spirit.

    For the equivalence of education opportunity, the science education on basic stage should face to all of the minors. By the great efforts, the science education of China, which with the biggest population in the world, had been of great achievement. But, because of the large population and the development level of economy and society, the status was very serious, that the resource of education was lack. And, the big differences of science education still exit between the rural and urban, in different areas, in different schools and between male and female. To advance the education fair and improve the scientific literacy of China citizens, in February 2006, a long-term project, called The Outline of National Action Program for Scientific Literacy of All Chinese Citizens (2006-2010-2020), were formulated and put into practice by State Council of the People's Republic of China. With the carrying out and the practicing of the Outline, the science education on basic stage was enhanced and the developing trend of the action on improving the minors' scientific literacy was well.
