    China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) is the bridge linking Chinese science and technology community with the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government. Strengthening the construction of the grassroots organizations of CAST is very important to the outreach of its services to each individual science and technology worker, as well as its leadership in unifying science and technology workers to build innovative country. To solve the problems faced by grassroots organizations in research academies and institutes, such as deficiency in number, limited positions, constraint of rules and regulations, the authors suggest clarifying the role of “scientific workers' family” and setting up long term working mechanism for construction of its grassroots organizations.

    Following the theoretical development of Science and Technology Museum, this paper expounds the choice of construction mode of the museum and stresses the necessity of keeping its speciality by discussing principle and contents of the exhibitions in the process of the museum's construction with the example of exhibition design and installation.     The paper introduced the communication and popularization of science and technology projects by comparing that in China and four developed countries, including America, Japan, England and Germany.
