Firstly, there are fewer articles on Chinese websites than those on websites in the United States, secondly, Chinese websites focus on museum exhibitions while those of U.S. stress on other knowledge, and there are also different features of science on websites. All these are meaningful to the exploitation of science communication content on websites of science museums in our country.

According to recent studies on internet science popularization, this paper comes up with the concept of participatory science popularization, including its definition, connotation, characteristics as well as its impact upon traditional science popularization, science popularization workers and the public.

Science and technology innovation has been one of the most important aspects of the innovation system in the construction of an innovation-oriented nation. In the modern society, science is considered as one of public undertakings rather than an image of heroism. Given these circumstances, it is vital to foster a social environment in considering Chinese culture which is good for both protecting the scientists’ right to carry out their research and integrating science with technology and the economy. It will be a big support to the social development and avoiding the alienation of science and technology.
There is a division between science-technology and humanity as well as a connection from a historic view therefore there is a possibility of integration between them. The integration seems as a procedure of amalgamation. The interaction between science-technology and humanity shows in many aspects in terms of ideas, methods, disciplinary construction and consciousness.
From the psychological perspective, we classified the factors which affect the results of science popularization greatly. After reviewing the concept and analyzing the goals of science popularization, by combining with the special features of crisis, we gave a comprehensive presentation of the mental characteristics of communicating interlocutors and the physical characteristics of information content that could impose on the results of science popularization in crisis.
As leaders of China, cadres and civil servants' scientific literacy influences the implementation of scientific thought of development and construction of harmonious society. In implementing the Outline of the National Scheme for Scientific Literacy, municipal government of Suzhou establishes perfect training system through setting up “menu” study model, bringing culture features into play and integrating training methods. By this way, it forms a “Suzhou Model” during the process of promoting the scientific literacy of cadres and civil servants.
