    Computer & Network bring the human beings into the era of digitalization whose profound influence stems from the digitalization of information in the physical world and forming a virtual world by the rapid communication of information. The digitalization and the fast communication of information result in various characteristics of the digitalization era. Virtual digital world is the superior society form than the simulating abstract world which is made of language & symbols, it will prompt great transformation of the real world. In the era of digitalization, people have stronger desire for knowledge and truth; they have more requirements for science popularization. Due to its superiorities, digital science communication will be the mainstream of science popularization. Traditional science popularization will show new features after coordinated with digital science popularization, it will play indispensable role in many occasions.

    Making meaning from experiences in science popularization context is a proceeding of participating, cognition and making decision. Participates will get emotional happiness and rational improvement in the proceeding. Participates’ preferences and beliefs improve the decision making and cognition, and it can be explained with the behavior science on behavior bias. Mental accounting experiments and information cascade experiments are designed to examine consumers’ decision-making of their behavior and cognition from experiences in science popularization context. The results show metal accounting will impact upon experiences, the same funds are irreplaceable, mode of gain and loss will also impact upon the decisions, and learning is the most important factor which makes participates involve in experiences. Information cascade exists in experiences in science popularization context.

    There has been an upsurge of the construction of science and technology, and many related issues including innovation of the exhibits should be discussed. Concerning innovation of the exhibits, firstly, try to fully understand the requirements for the museum exhibits, otherwise it is hardly to achieve their educational function; secondly, try to clearly get the meaning and significance of innovation, it is the innovation of ways of educational representation rather than the content of the exhibits; try to deeply analyze the trend of the innovation and to develop the innovative capacity of the museums, by means of collaborating with the exhibition companies; try to accordingly grasp the specific rules to enhance the innovation of the exhibits.
