The construction of fire safety culture and popularization of fire science are important. Emergency science popularization museum is a main place for fire science popularization, and a scenario-based science popularization model is introduced to seven types of emergency science popularization museum in this paper. The advantages are discussed in detail and the model of scenario-based science popularization is designed according to the 5W theory of communication. It is beneficial to improving the capacity of fire emergency science popularization, and thus enhancing the fire safety literacy of the public.
