Objective: To analyze the application value of mind-regulating acupuncture combined with sensory integration training in the language rehabilitation of children with autism.
Methods: A prospective study was conducted. A total of 93 children with autism admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation of Pingdingshan First People's Hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received sensory integration training intervention, while the observation group received mind-regulating acupuncture combined with sensory integration training intervention. Both groups were continuously intervened for 6 months. The scores of the Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC), Children's Sensory Integration Development Rating Scale, Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC), and Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) were compared between the two groups before treatment, at 3 months of treatment, and at 6 months of treatment.
Results: Repeated measures ANOVA showed that the main effect of the group was statistically significant in the following scale scores (P <0.05) : Children's Sensory Integration Development Rating Scale, ATEC score, CARS score, and the sensory, social interaction, motor, language, and self-care dimensions of the ABC score. Further trend analysis indicated that the total ATEC score, total CARS score, and all dimension scores of the ABC showed a significant downward trend over time (P <0.05) ; the score of the Children's Sensory Integration Development Rating Scale showed a significant upward trend over time (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: Mind-regulating acupuncture combined with sensory integration training can improve the core symptoms of children with autism, enhance sensory integration ability, and has a good effect on language rehabilitation in these children.

目的： 分析调神针法联合感觉统合训练在孤独症患儿语言康复中的应用价值。
方法： 采取前瞻性研究，选取2024年1月—2025年1月平顶山市第一人民医院康复科收治的93例孤独症患儿作为研究对象，脱落3例，最终纳入90例。按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组接受感觉统合训练治疗干预，观察组接受调神针法联合感觉统合训练治疗干预，均连续干预6个月。于治疗前、治疗3个月、治疗6个月时，比较两组孤独症儿童行为检查量表（ABC）、儿童感觉统合发展评定量表、孤独症治疗评估量表（ATEC）、儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS）评分。
结果： 重复测量方差分析显示，组别主效应在儿童感觉统合发展评定量表、ATEC评分、CARS评分以及ABC评分中的感觉、交往、运动、语言和自理维度评分中均具有统计学意义（P < 0.05，P < 0.01），进一步趋势分析表明，ATEC总分、CARS总分和ABC各维度评分均随时间呈显著下降趋势（P < 0.05）；感觉统合发展评定量表评分随时间呈显著上升趋势（P < 0.05）。
结论： 调神针法联合感觉统合训练可改善孤独症患儿核心症状，提升感觉统合能力，在患儿语言康复上具有较好效果。
