Objective: To explore the clinical effect of combined therapy with Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture method and traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao therapy in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.
Methods: A total of 130 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain in the hospital from From January 2022 to April 2025 were randomly grouped. Both groups received basic Western medicine treatment. On this basis, 65 cases in the control group were treated with the Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture method, and 65 cases in the combined group were treated with the Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture method combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome scores, pain degree and lumbar function of the two groups were compared to evaluate the safety of the two groups.
Results: Compared with the control group, the clinical efficacy in the combined group was enhanced after treatment while the TCM syndromes scores were reduced (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of the one-course and two-course combined groups after treatment decreased (P < 0.05); Compared with the control group, the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) scores of the one-course and two-course combined groups after treatment decreased (P < 0.05); The adverse reactions revealed no significant differences between both groups (P > 0.05).
Conclusion: Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture method combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao therapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain. Additionally, it can effectively relieve the pain, and promote the recovery of lumbar function, with high safety.

目的： 探究赤凤迎源针法联合中药热奄包治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床效果。
方法： 选取2022年1月—2025年4月马鞍山市中医院收治的130例慢性腰肌劳损患者，随机分为对照组和联合组，每组65例。两组均接受西药基础治疗，在此基础上对照组予以赤凤迎源针法治疗，联合组予以赤凤迎源针法联合中药热奄包治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、疼痛程度、腰椎功能，评价两组的安全性。
结果： 与对照组相比，治疗后联合组的临床疗效提高（P < 0.05），中医证候积分降低（P < 0.05）；与对照组相比，治疗后1个疗程、2个疗程联合组的视觉模拟评分（VAS）降低（P < 0.05）；与对照组相比，治疗后1个疗程、2个疗程联合组的Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评分降低（P < 0.05）；两组不良反应对比差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。
结论： 赤凤迎源针法联合中药热奄包治疗慢性腰肌劳损疗效显著，可有效减轻疼痛，促进腰椎功能恢复，且安全性高。
