目的：

探讨毫火针赞刺联合肌内效贴治疗军事训练所致股外侧皮神经炎的临床疗效，并从中医理论视角解析其作用机制。

方法：

纳入2023年11月—2024年11月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第910医院中医康复科确诊的70例军事训练所致股外侧皮神经炎患者，随机分为对照组（毫火针赞刺）与试验组（联合毫火针赞刺+肌内效贴），每组35例。评估两组中医证候积分、VAS评分、JOA评分、疼痛介质水平（PGE₂、5-HT）、SF-36评分。

结果：

治疗后，试验组中医证候积分、VAS评分及PGE₂、5-HT水平均显著低于对照组（P < 0.05）。JOA评分、躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、角色功能、总体健康评分均显著高于对照组（P < 0.05）。试验组总有效率高于对照组（P < 0.05）。

结论：

毫火针赞刺联合肌内效贴治疗军训致股外侧皮神经炎疗效显著，可快速缓解疼痛、改善感觉障碍，其机制可能与抑制局部炎症反应、促进神经修复相关。该联合疗法安全、操作简便，适合在军事训练伤防治中推广应用。

Objective:

To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire needle pricking combined with Kinesio taping in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis caused by military training, and to analyze its mechanism from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory.

Methods:

A total of 70 patients diagnosed with lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis induced by military training in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation, No. 910 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from November 2023 to November 2024 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into a control group (fire needle pricking alone) and an experimental group (fire needle pricking combined with Kinesio taping), with 35 cases in each group. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores, Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scores, pain mediators (PGE₂, 5-HT), and SF-36 scores were evaluated in both groups.

Results:

After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, VAS scores, and levels of PGE₂ and 5-HT in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The JOA scores, as well as the SF-36 subscale scores for physical function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function, role function, and general health, were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).

Conclusion:

Fire needle pricking combined with Kinesio taping demonstrates significant therapeutic effects in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis caused by military training. It can rapidly alleviate pain and improve sensory disturbances. The mechanism may be associated with inhibiting local inflammatory responses and promoting nerve repair. This combined therapy is safe and easy to operate, making it suitable for widespread application in the prevention and treatment of military training-related injuries.
