慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛（CMP）是临床最常见的慢性疼痛类型，涵盖颈型颈椎病、肩周炎、膝骨关节炎、肌筋膜炎、类风湿性关节炎和纤维肌痛等多种疾病。目前临床治疗CMP多以药物疗法为主，但西药治疗不良反应较多，并且不同适应证间药物疗效存在差异。针刀疗法结合了中医针刺及西医手术疗法的优点，在临床中被广泛应用于治疗CMP，疗效确切且创伤小、操作便捷，更易于患者接受。针刀疗法可通过局部松解，改善肌肉骨骼系统的结构与功能，影响痛觉的传导，减轻炎症反应，从而起到缓解疼痛和改善肢体功能的作用。本文将总结针刀在CMP领域的应用及其作用机制进展，旨为CMP的防治和针刀的临床应用提供参考。
