The clinical efficacy, TCM scores, sleep structure and sleep quality of the two groups were compared. Safety was analyzed for both groups.Results: After treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.15%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was 80.00% (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of sleep and wakefulness, difficulty in falling asleep, sleeplessness after waking up, and restlessness and dreaminess in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of rapid eye movement(REM) and non - rapid eye movement (N3) were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0.05); the levels of non - rapid eye movement (N1) and non - rapid eye movement (N2) were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, patients in the experimental group had significantly lower pulmonary daytime dysfunction, sleep onset, sleep duration, sleep disorder, sleep quality, sleep effectiveness and total score than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
