The treatment method of "Warming and Resolving" refers to using Warm Traditional Chinese Medicinal to correct the pathological state of yang deficiency in the body, and combining it with products that promote qi circulation, blood circulation, and blood stasis to resolve pathological results such as phlegm dampness, blood stasis, and pathological disorders caused by yang deficiency and inability to transport and transform. In clinical practice, early and mid stage liver cancer is commonly diagnosed with excess symptoms, while in the late stage, the syndrome gradually shifts from excess to deficiency, resulting in deficiency of positive qi and liver and kidney. On the basis of syndrome differentiation, modern doctors can achieve effective treatment of liver cancer by orally taking decoctions according to the theory of "Warming and Resolving". “温而化之”是中医临床基本治法之一，《素问·生气通天论》已体现阴阳平衡思想，阐明了阴阳失衡可致人体疾病。“温而化之”治法是指以温热药来纠正机体阳偏虚的病理状态，并辨证佐以行气、活血、化瘀之品，以化解机体因阳虚无力运化导致的痰湿、瘀血、癥瘕等病理产物。肝癌早中期以实证常见，终末期逐步由实转虚，出现正气亏虚、肝肾不足等证。现代医家在辨证的基础上根据“温而化之”理论治疗肝癌可获效。本文从现代药理学角度出发，综述“温而化之”治法中部分温热药治疗肝癌的机制及研究进展，以期为临床用药提供参考。
