The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi Decoction combined with western medicine. Symptom improvement, curative effect, hemorheology, motor function, neurological function and safety were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, TCM syndrome score, HCT, FIB, CRP, CysC and BNP levels were decreased in both groups, and the decrease was significant in the observation group (P < 0.05). After treatment, FMA scores and BBS scores in two groups were increased, and the increases in observation group were significant (P < 0.05). The curative effect of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi Decoction for hemiplegia patients after ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can promote blood circulation, improve nerve function, and promote the recovery of motor function, so as to effectively improve the curative effect.,
