It is believed that the excess syndrome of RH is mainly manifested as the accumulation of wind - dampness, damp - heat, turbid stasis, etc. The stagnant heat and binding leads to the dysfunction of the opening and closing of the Xuanfu, resulting in blockage. The deficiency syndrome is mainly manifested as the loosening of the Xuanfu, the obstruction of pathogenic factors, and the imbalance of the function of qi - ye in nourishing the body. Both aspects can cause restlessness of the kidney collaterals, and blood flowing out of the vessels instead of following the normal meridians, thus forming RH. The adminstration of wind medicine can reach both inside and outside. Appropriate compatibility of wind medicine can not only eliminate tangible pathogenic factors such as damp - heat, blood stasis, and turbid toxins but also invigorate qi transformation and guide tonic substances. 肾性血尿（RH）由肾小球损伤所致，主要表现为肉眼或镜下血尿，发病有虚实两端。本文基于刘完素“怫热郁结”理论，分析风药的“治风”和“法象”之用，总结名医名家之习，尝试探讨风药在RH的临床运用。认为RH实证主要表现为风湿、湿热、浊瘀等聚集，怫郁而热结致玄府开阖失司，闭塞不通；虚证主要表现为玄府失密，邪气阻滞，气液濡养机体的功能失衡。二者均会导致肾络不宁，血不循经，溢于脉外而形成RH。风药可通达内外，适当配伍风药既可除湿热、瘀血、浊毒等有形实邪，又能鼓舞气化，涌动引领补益之品。临床治疗RH配伍风药有很好的疗效，为RH的治疗提供新的思路与方法。
