Objective: To perform modified Shengma Biejia Decoction combined with Tiaoshen acupuncture therapy for patients with herpes zoster (HZ), and analyze the influence on pain and inflammatory factors.
Methods: According to the random number table method, 98 patients with HZ admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were divided into control group (n = 49, Tiaoshen acupuncture method) and combined group (n = 49, modified Shengma Biejia Decoction combined with Tiaoshen acupuncture therapy). The clinical efficacy, pain status [visual analogue scale (VAS)], serum pain mediators [neurotensin (NT), β-endorphin (β-EP), substance P (SP)], serum inflammatory factors [interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)] and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between groups of patients.
Results: Compared with the control group, the combined group had higher total effective rate of treatment (P <0.05). The VAS scores in the combined group after 7 days and 14 days of treatment were lower (P < 0.05), and the levels of serum NT and β-EP were higher (P <0.05) while the level of serum SP was lower (P < 0.05). The combined group had higher IL-2 (P < 0.05), lower levels of IL-6 and TNF-α (P <0.05) and lower total incidence rate of adverse reactions (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: The combination of modified Shengma Biejia Decoction and Tiaoshen acupuncture therapy is effective in the treatment of HZ, and it can effectively relieve the pain, and regulate the levels of pain-related mediators and inflammatory factors, with few adverse reactions.

目的： 对带状疱疹（HZ）患者给予升麻鳖甲汤加减联合调神针法，分析其对患者疼痛及炎症因子的影响。
方法： 将安徽中医药大学第一附属医院2022年1月—2025年1月收治的98例HZ患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组（49例，调神针法）和联合组（49例，升麻鳖甲汤加减联合调神针法）。比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛情况［视觉模拟评分法（VAS）］、血清疼痛介质［神经降压肽（NT）、β-内啡肽（β-EP）和P物质（SP）］水平、血清炎症因子［白介素-2（IL-2）、白介素-6（IL-6）和肿瘤坏死因子-α （TNF-α）］水平及不良反应发生情况。
结果： 与对照组比较，联合组治疗总有效率较高（P < 0.05），联合组治疗7 d后、14 d后VAS评分均较低（P < 0.05，P < 0.01），联合组血清NT、β-EP水平均较高（P < 0.01）；血清SP水平较低（P < 0.01），联合组IL-2较高（P < 0.01），IL-6、TNF-α水平均较低（P < 0.01），不良反应总发生率较低（P < 0.01）。
结论： 升麻鳖甲汤加减联合调神针法治疗HZ效果较佳，可有效缓解疼痛，调节疼痛相关介质及炎症因子水平，且不良反应较少。
